I approached Specialised HGV last November and following a delay in my Medical Report,no fault of anyone,the whole process so far has been very smooth,and straight forward.On line learning material has been top class, and my Theory and Hazard Perception Passed.Dates Booked for Practical and Test, along with CPD.Great service so far from Sam, and Angel who after speaking with on the CPD offered some alternative dates.

Called up for some quotes for licences
Called up for some quotes for licences and all I’ve had since everyday is someone ringing me trying to get me to sign up to finances etc. Very desperate and unprofessional

I wanted to try for my hgv licence…
I wanted to try for my hgv licence myself but with the theory, hazard perception, CPC case studies and the CPC modules I was confused as to were to start, even as to were to get learn material?
When I started the training with Specialised HGV Training all the information need in one place and anything I wasn't sure about all I had to do is ring and them and everything become very clear as of what I needed to do.

Software was great and comprehensive, easy to use and loads of time to complete with options save and repeat all lessons. The dashboard replicates real theory and hazard perception tests.

I would never ever recommend this company to my worst enemy!! There a bunch of lying horrible people. on signing up your promised it as a job! (Advertised) on indeed as a job the sales guy oliver lovely on the phone hes going guide you all the way through hes going be there for all your process and hes going get you a job when you pass my case was class 2! Well soon as the bank details went through I never heard of oliver ever again I just got a load of texts sending me all around the west Midlands to crap cheap worst rated in area places (big on driver training) no support from any of them passed from different instructor everytime who taught different things different ways knocked confidence straigh away was never going pass in a million years if you need driving training avoid this company at all cost you will get cheaper at your local training totall cost of this place is like 7 grand ....... local to me sids is 700 pound .... they have also just reported my comment to try and get it removed but this is trust pilot and this is the truth if trust pilot dont want the truth they need change there name

Great Broker- Recommended
Great broker, very helpful down the phone and very encouraging all the way through the process. Any problems were sorted out virtually instantly,. With the longest being half an hour to re arrange my C+E test!

Yes it helped so much I mean the theory training and practical tests. But as a new driver on the side of trucks or lorries, it was tough for me to understand the meaning of certain words and parts of truck or lorries. The words like coupling articulate . Axle, , kingpin. I think that these words should be followed with the picture s . Otherwise all the programme was arranged very well.

Very good and all materials provided by them are as close as it can be to real test. Very understanding staff and even I exceeded my time limit for exam once explained reason why I didn't do it they sorted out with out problems. I would recommend this company if you want to pass first time. Very helpful with all your questions.

Theory practicing hgv app.
There’s a few glitches on the theory training (not showing your completed learning sections ) they always come up red as if you have never clicked on it before. Only when you click on one of the subjects and start the learning of that category then back out it shows up your progress. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating. Also the adds really block most of the screen I have found a way round that but Maybe it would be more attractive if that didn’t happen. And lastly I couldn’t gain access to the theory training on my I Mac my partners phone or even my mothers phone it only seemed to work on my devise so I’m not sure why that was, it didn’t hold me up that much but my phone died before and I tried it on 3 different devises and it would not log in it just came up with error codes. Thank you I hope that doesn’t sound too negative because it really helped me to pass! Just thought I’d share some of my dramas along the way.

Having checked your online theory account, the reason why the topic boxes haven't turned to green is because you have not covered all the lessons within the topic. You have now passed, but we do always recommend for candidates to complete the lessons in full. When you come to your Module 2 CPC, please make sure to do all the lessons and practice - this is on your LGV Driver CPC (Module 2 CPC) account.
You should also not have any ads coming up as the software is ad free. The link to use is https://www.drivingtheory4all.co.uk
