We can confirm that the original delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the parcel was subsequently taken to a local DPD Pickup shop for collection. As the goods were not collected, the order was returned back to us and has only recently been received.
Following this, we have now processed a full refund for your order, including the original delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch.
