Zero stars! I’m 7 months pregnant and thought I’d treat myself to some dresses. The entire order was incorrect and items missing. Emailed customer service, no reply. Attempted to reach them on Instagram said I cannot speak to them on there it must be on email. This is causing such unnecessary stress. Please note if I am not contacted within the next few days I will be taking this further. I’ve read so many reviews of customers experiencing the same situation, Hiccup you will not continue to get away with this I can assure you.

Poor quality and I have never got my refund

SCAM!! Terrible experience with Hiccup. Delivery took far too long and the sizing was completely off, meaning I had to order multiple sizes of the same item. I returned items and received email confirmation they were received on 14th January, with a promise of a refund within 10 days. It’s now 7th February and I’ve had no refund.

I’ve sent multiple chaser emails and even contacted the owner directly — no response at all. This brand is a scam and a rip-off. I’ve now had to involve my bank to get my money back. Avoid.

UPDATE did receive a reply to email eventually was sent a QR code, parcelled it up took to P.O after a few days received confirmation they had received it and was checking it, few days later money back in my account. Not pleased, item not very nice, cheap looking. Checked on Trustpilot and they had 4.4 out of 5, can't understand why, plus nowhere on their website could I see that the item was coming from Turkey, very disappointed. UPDATE sent 3 emails asking how to return, no answer, no acknowledgement,nothing!!! Not happy.

Order was 2 weeks late and when it finally came one of the items of my order were missing!

The company sent me the incorrect item, when I contacted them they could not send me the item I had ordered. I received a refund for the item but not for the shipping fee. I was told they could not refund the shipping fee...even though they sent me the wrong item and could not send the item I ordered, Quite bad!

I bought 2 of the same dress in different sizes and promptly returned the bigger one without even opening it. I followed the return instructions and returned it. Received an email that the item returned was received but still haven’t received my refund. Sent an email but it bounced back. No contact number on the website or app. Also sent a message on Instagram.Dead lock. Will think before buying from them. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress and paid for shipping fees. The dress came with missing straps. I wasn’t able to exchange the dress. I had to return the dress and pay for shipping fees again. The customer service is horrible. They did absolutely NOTHING to fix my problem that THEY created. I will never order from Hiccup again. Why should we (consumers) support a company that cannot own up to their mistakes and do nothing to correct the problem. Unbelievable.

My favourite clothing brand right now!! I loved all the pieces I got from Hiccup! Especially their pjs which I wear almost every night! Their clothes are soo so cute and trendy and also very affordable!

No customer service to contact, I ordered few items, kept some and returned others, everything thing was smooth during purchase but with return the tracking number has the same message for over 3 weeks now, didn't receive an email regarding my return/ refund, no customer service to contact at all!!! My return is not showing on my account on their website too

Return process is insane. Still haven't gotten my money back. Almost a month now

The delivery did not take long at all, the clothes came exactly how they look. The quality is very good and the clothes are just so cute. I cannot wait to wear these clothes!! Would recommend.

I reached out hoping to work with Hiccup & luckily, they agreed! They sent me some really cute pieces. The quality is FANTASTIC. I am obsessed with the sofie strapless fitted maxi dress I got & I cannot wait to wear it! I also received the textured slim fit crew neck top & the fitted crew neck top. Overall I’m so pleased with my items & the speed of delivery! My only complaint was I couldn’t track my order but luckily it came quickly.
