It took weeks to come(put in 11/21 received it12/24)when it came it didnt even look like me or my husband. Worst customer service,giving people the run around.

Tried ordering a personalised harry potter couple photo. Sent them the image that I wanted used. Had been 2 weeks with no updates, so i emailed and got told to be patient. Emailed again as it was a Christmas present, arrived today, looks nothing like the photo i sent them. I have requested a full refund, we'll see how that goes. So disappointed.

My husband ordered me the Gilmore Girls advent calendar from what he believed to be was a legitimate site. It took 5 weeks to arrive, and is a complete and utter scam. They have attempted to copy the calendar with a load of random items. I can also see that my husband paid more from this site than anywhere else.

Went through the trouble of creating a personalized item for a friend who just lost their beloved pet. Cost was well over $100. Went to hit the checkout button, and nothing. Site would not allow me to checkout. I tried refreshing the page, made sure I was on a real site, empty cart and start over, emailed customer support, etc. Nothing. Seems like a poor business practice to leave the checkout button broken.

Got the item but with an error on the print. Their support line is probably non-existent since no one ever responds from there even through multiple follow-ups.

I bought one with my pets names on it. they put the wrong names on it and I have emails proving I sent the right names neko and Jessica keep giving the run around and not wanting to refund nor fix there mistakes

Ordered a custom Pokemon card and was charged way more than it was worth and never got an order confirmation after they took my funds. Emails to support go unanswered. Total scam

I ordered a customer MTG card with a picture of me and my boyfriend on it. The AI generated garbage they send me doesn't even look like my picture, it looks like two entirely different people; like I just have a picture of a completely different couple with the same hair colour as us, sitting casually on our shelf. It also took over 3 weeks for them to even ship it; which isn't a problem except noone from customer service responded when I asked for information about my order. All in all, don't waste your money on this AI generated slop.

I ordered a personalised Pokémon card from here for my partners Christmas present and I am so so happy with it!!!
I was very hesitant to order this after reading some of the reviews but took a risk as I liked the idea and I am so glad I did!
The customer service was very good at emailing back to my questions.
I originally sent in a photo of my family but the photo didn’t include our dog so I emailed a photo of our dog separately asking if they could include this in the picture and it is perfect!
I have never left a review before but after taking the risk and being so happy with the outcome I had to let others thinking of buying to know.

This is the worst quality product at an extremely high price. They clearly filter their website reviews so this may not be seen until it’s too late like it was for me. Save your money, they’re clearly a scam company!

I currently have a DMCA for multiple ads on facebook, instagram, and tiktok as they have stolen my wedding photo. No where in their user agreement do you agree to this and they are stealing peoples original photos. BUYER BEWARE, they will steal your photo and use it

I received my order on 20.09.2025. The product was wrong. I have had to chase them with over 30 emails. They refused to offer a full refund except only offering 15%. They finally agreed to send the correct product on 22.09.2025. They promised at the beginning of October that I would be prioritised to receive my order.

It is now 03.11.2025 & ‘Neko’ continuously just copies & pastes the same replies & you can tell which parts are copy & paste as they have a highlight back ground to the text.

It is legit a scam with appalling customer
service.

If I could do zero stars I would! SCAM! Stole my money and customer service is of no help!

Don’t waste your money — this company uses AI to generate the art and charges you for something you could easily create for free. If you go to any AI image tool (like ChatGPT’s image generator or Bing’s Image Creator) and upload your photo with the same prompt they ask for, you’ll get the exact same result.

I paid over $80 CAD and received a card so zoomed in it only showed my fiancé’s teeth and my forehead. When I asked for a refund or replacement, they offered me $12 back.

Save yourself the headache — do not buy from this site.

Really really bad customer service. They don’t reply at all via email and don’t adhere to their return/refund policies. Also their shipping dates are so off.

If I could leave no stars I would. I paid extra for shipping to ensure my package would be here between Dec 21st and 23rd. It’s now January 11th and I finally received my package but guess what? It’s ruined and they drew on it with permanent marker. I’ve been in contact with the company and they’re completely useless and don’t respond.

If I could leave no stars I would, this place is over priced and has terrible customer service. My items I purchased were not at all what they were. I paid almost 100$ for stuff I couldve probably made myself with 20$. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a gift on Dec 4 for dad from daughter. It’s not Dec 29 and the gift has not yet shipped. Emailed asking for info and no reply. Just asked for a refund. Will see if I get a reply

The hoodie I received is not correct and where the embroidery is, it's puckered, meaning the shirt was not flat when it was embroidered.

The tires/wheels for the car, which were pretty important, are BLUE. Why?

This is clearly not at all what was expected. In fact everything I read I was supposed to get an email with the proof to check or "ok" my order. Which I did not even after emailing immediately after ordering.

I'm so disappointed.
