Shoes itself is quite good quality. Although it’s not as perfect as it appears in pictures (accuracy 8 out of 10). As shoe was feeling comfortable it did gave me blisters, so reminder to be prepared for that.
I think price could be a little bit lower.

great product, very comfortable as soon as you put them on, they look so simple but the attention to detail is great, only one thing that could be improved is the inner heel section could be a suede panel because the leather section, being smooth leather tends to slip on the heel, otherwise great service, arrived when said, well executed Hidden White

To be honest, I didn't feel anything special about this British brand at first. But when I received the product, everything was of top-notch quality and definitely worth every penny. Disappointing
I recently bought a pair of Hidden White sneakers, expecting a premium product from what is supposedly a London-based brand. Imagine my surprise when the package was shipped directly from China.
To make matters worse, their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. The shoes arrived way too large. When I tried to arrange a return, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The customer service made it so difficult and tedious to get a return label that I eventually just gave up and decided to keep them.
The only saving grace here is the design—they do look good. However, the actual quality is terrible:
Awful Comfort: They are incredibly uncomfortable to wear.
Cheap Construction: The insoles were so ridiculously thick that I had to take them out and replace them with my own.
Appalling Craftsmanship: When I removed the insoles, I discovered that the stitching underneath wasn't even finished!
Shipping also took about two weeks, which is pretty slow.
Verdict: Don't be fooled by the aesthetics. The quality is cheap, the sizing is off, and the customer support is non-existent. Save your money.

Regarding the return process, we checked our Shopify system and haven't received a formal return request yet. Our customer service team is unable to generate a return label without this system notification.
We also want to address your experience with the insoles. Our Hidden White Exclusive Premium Leather Insoles are engineered with a specific foam density ratio to offer exceptional breathability and moisture-wicking properties. The thicker section features 3D arch support alongside high-rebound molded foam for forefoot flexibility.
Since you mentioned that you would keep the shoes even though the insoles are too thick for you, we would like to send you a complimentary pair of OrthoLite® Eco™ Insoles. Their thinner profile can free up to a half-size of extra room inside the shoe for better adjustment and comfort. Having said that, we also note your comment that the sizing feels too large. We want to clarify that while a thinner insole offers more wiggle room, it may conflict with fixing a shoe that is already too big. We would like to ask for your clarification as we have some confusion to sort out the best resolution.
Both our leather and OrthoLite insoles are highly rated when they are used with our shoes, with hundreds of positive reviews on our website from customers praising their comfort and quality.
