Don't buy from here, It's a SCAM
I ordered the hoodie" hidden archive statement hoodie" on January 22 and finally got it today( February 16) . The packaging looked good, but when I checked the design it wasn't what it looked like online. It had the back design, but in the front there was no logo like there was in the picture. Also on the website it said "heavy fleece" but in reality it's a light loose fit.

Received the wrong item
Received the wrong item. Had email conversation confirming a replacement to be issued. That was over 6 weeks ago. Have tried chasing them re the exchange and now they aren’t replying. Place an order at your peril. Now left with a jumper that I didn’t order and trying to arrange a refund is proving impossible

Failed order - zero customer service.
Oder was cancelled in China and never shipped. One wrong sized hoodie was received a month later. I offered to return the wrong hoodie.
Neither the right hoodies nor a return label for the wrong one were ever received. Stay clear.

Ordinata felpa il 10/12 per un regalo di Natale e non è mai arrivata!
Dopo la prima mia mail di richiesta di aiuto sono seguite tre promesse di indagare dove fosse il pacco e trovare una soluzione.
All’ultima mail nessuno ha più risposto. Niente felpa, niente rimborso.
Naturalmente sul sito non si può lasciare una recensione e loro ne pubblicano solo di eccellenti.
Una vergogna.

Failed order - not responding to refund request
Ordered in November to arrive in plenty of time for Christmas. Never arrived and had an email saying order had ‘failed’. No refund. Sent emails asking and they say they’re looking into it. Nothing since. Very poor.

Typische Instagram Scam
Gelukkig net op tijd gewaarschuwd, was al eerder in zo’n instagram scam getrapt helaas dus werd weer achterdochtig. Alles leek in orde en het leek te mooi om waar te zijn, goede prijzen gave designs, maar helaas is het ook te mooi om waar te zijn. Heb zelf niet besteld maar ken iemand die heeft besteld, levering duurde lang, kwaliteit slecht en na betaling niet meer te bereiken. Ook zie je onder sommige posts comments die (nog) niet verwijderd zijn die dit keer op keer bevestigen. Jammer om te zien want de ontwerpen hebben wel potentie…

I saw you on instagram and wanted to buy i bought two items one came 1 month after and other 2. The first size was way off and the hoodie you made and I bought was completely wrong not even close no print, laces on it, wrong color, and I wrote to you 4 times and answered none of them worst experince ever
