Need a ZERO STARS OPTION! Don’t WASTE your money!
I ordered this frame to conceal my blink mini camera and they offered a dinged and dented product at half off so I said why not, as long as it is fully functional like the product page says it is. After waiting forever for it to arrive I set it up and tested it out only to be HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! The frame degrades the video quality so severely that you can’t make out anything!! I adjusted settings, made sure the camera was firmly against the glass and lens wasn’t smudged and still absolute garbage quality footage. Although the product page lets you know the dinged and dented items are not returnable it also claims the items are still “all FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND…” (not or) “…will conceal your camera”. That is simply A LIE! That frame degrades video quality so poorly you can’t make out anything and when I contacted customer service to inform them it’s degraded the image so poorly and I’d like a refund the eventually said it’s non refundable even though it’s not fully functional like the product page says. Don’t even bother with this product or company. They want to stand behind the product page stating no refund but won’t stand behind the product page’s claim that the product is fully functional, give me a break, bad product, bad business! I’m sure the company won’t allow my review to be posted here on their site or they’ll remove it but it’s ok because I’ll be posting it on Trustpilot reviews as well.
