I purchased my first bottle in February. Excellent build quality. It feels sturdy and I imagine it will keep forever. Easy to configure and integrates seamlessly with Apple's HealthKit and other apps.... Voir plus

Do not buy if you expect it to last
Loved the bottle at first, but my second sensor puck failed after just a few months. Battery drops from 100% to almost nothing within an hour.
Support was polite but wouldn’t replace it, warranty just expired. For this price, I expected better.
Hidrate bottles no longer are a quality product
I have purchased several versions of Hidrate bottles through the years, including giving to friends. The newest version is very defective. The sensor “puck” will not stay attached to the bottle. I have contacted 3 separate times to ask for help
and a replacement.
They must have upsold their company to someone who does not care about quality. What a shame. I will no longer purchase this product.
Don’t waste your money
I got the pink water bottle for Christmas. Loved the size and keeping track of the water on the app (additional cost) is fun. Until my puck (the bottom) started falling out. A LOT. And when it is in the bottle it doesn’t sit flat. Customer service is a joke. Emailed them and then responded to their email and it came back undeliverable. Contacted customer service again and they said that they changed email addresses…..okay? So now they have to send me a new bottle body and I get to chose between silver and black to replace my pretty pink one. Oh - and the lid? Broke that in the first week and got a new one from Amazon. Don’t waste your money!
App is dross
My app and bottle worked fine up until a few weeks ago. Since then, all syncing has stopped. I’ve been repeatedly asked to log in and out, re-enter sips, check for stuck sips etc but there seems to be nobody working on a solution. With much money being paid for this I expected it to work.
Support are below average
I have used these bottles for years and love the fact they encourage you to drink water. Having used my first one for about 3 years, I decided to replace it with the cotton candy bottle, which I loved, ordered through Amazon which was absolutely fine. The bottle came and then a little over 2 months later the sensor wasn't sitting in the right place and kept falling out, contacted support, they responded and said it sounds like it is broken. I chased them on a few occasions with no response. I bought another cheaper one this time and have used that for the last 2 months but now the app won't register that I am drinking. I have again been in touch with support done everything they have advised, removed the app, reinstalled, reset the bottle, still not working since 1st May. Support is really really below par, I have spent well over £100 in the last 4 months on 2 water bottles and neither of them work. Bottle are great when they work and would encourage everyone to use one if the support was at a level where they actually support you. I am sure under my consumer rights I can return these bottles for a full refund!!!
Order Experience Fell Short of Expectations
I placed an order with HidrateSpark and, unfortunately, encountered several challenges throughout the process. Delivery took over two months, which was significantly longer than expected. During that time, it was very difficult to get updates—emails often went unanswered for weeks, and I was unable to reach anyone by phone despite multiple attempts.
When the order finally arrived, the products I received were not the ones I had originally selected. I reached out to address the discrepancy but did not receive any follow-up or resolution.
While I understand that delays and issues can happen, the lack of communication and customer service follow-through was disappointing. I hope HidrateSpark takes steps to improve their fulfillment process and support responsiveness moving forward.

I wish I would have read these Trustpilot reviews before purchasing a Hidrate Spark Pro 21 oz "smart" bottle. Then I wouldn't have made the big mistake of buying one. I've had similar BAD experiences with the bottle not working from day 1 and super bad customer service. They refused to refund my money even though I was within the 100-day period which clearly states that you can return the product within 100 days. But "Axl" told me that returns are only allowed within 30 days, and pointed me to a completely different web page. And when I pointed that out, they went radio silent. DO NOT BUY.

Got a 21 oz HidrateSpark PRO about a week ago.
Loving it. A real motivator to drink water.
Sensor stopped working so I dad to reset it once, but I was impressed that the reset did not loose paring with the phone after the reset.
Will update the review after some time, like a month or two to check if my score remains the same.
Mouldy lid!!!
I absolutely loved this bottle
Initially, it really helped me to improve my water intake! It did get a bit glitchy at times tho and wasn’t tracking the water intake properly. Sometimes it would just fail to work at all and needed resetting. That was all manageable for me. The worst part was the fact that the lid gets a weird black mold on it. When I noticed I was pregnant so I stopped using it and complained. They initially told me to buy a new lid but I refused and said it wasn’t fit for purpose and so they sent me a new lid…. Not 6 months later I have the same problem!! I’ve not put anything but water in my bottle and they refuse to replace it, I’m not spending any more money on it so it’s just left in the cupboard now. Very disappointing.

My wife bought me a bottle as a present, which worked great, so I decided to buy another for work. Since then both Pucks (the rechargeable bottom of the bottle) have stopped working.
I had gotten about 12 to 18 months use out of both of them, so I decided to buy a replacement Puck (as you cannot just replace the battery).
The replacement puck arrived - and the new one didn't work either. I have emailed them 4 times - and they just keep replying with an automated email telling me how to charge the puck...
What a rubbish product and even worse customer service.
I would advise to buy a different product from a different company.
Disappointing Product and Limited Warranty
I purchased a smart water bottle from Hidraspark hoping for a convenient and reliable hydration companion. However, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
The bottle suddenly stopped working, leaving me unable to utilize any of its promised features. Despite reaching out to Hidraspark, I was informed that the product only carries a 100-day warranty, leaving me stuck with a useless device.
The lack of longevity in the product's functionality, coupled with the short warranty period, leaves much to be desired in terms of customer satisfaction and product reliability. I expected more from a company claiming to provide innovative hydration solutions.
I would caution potential buyers to thoroughly consider the reliability of this product and the company's warranty policy before making a purchase. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to have it fail shortly thereafter, with little recourse for resolution.
Overall, my experience with the Hidraspark smart water bottle has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others.
Received broken puck
Received broken puck, emailed them about it and received a few troubleshooting messages which I said I already have done.
They said its broken but can't send me a new one due to technical difficulties.
Since then has been completely radio silence, I've emailed them multiple times with no response.

I requested to return and get a refund over a month ago for bottle covers snd lids I accidentally purchased. I have only received two emails from Hidrate stating that the return postage label is not working. Since then I have not been able to get a response. I email them at least once per week. I will never purchase another bottle from them.
Does not work and No support.
This review is based on facts only. I purchased a HidrateSpark 21oz from the Apple Store. After a few months, the sensor puck would no longer lock into place in the base of the bottle. There is no damage, it is a manufacturing defect. I tried to get Apple to replace it and they said it was Hidrate that had to replace it. I contacted Hidrate support who agreed it was a defect in the bottle and I needed a replacement bottle but said I was outside the 100 day warranty. I noted that it is covered by the consumer protection laws regardless of their warranty period. At which point they then agreed to replace the bottle and said it was being shipped. A few hours later they deleted the support ticket. I created a new ticket asking for an update. I have screenshots of the first support ticket). They didn’t bother replying, instead, they deleted the second ticket too and I was suddenly logged out of the app on all devices without warning. All this over a $24.99 part. Now I’m forced to go to the Regulator.

Hydratespark refuses to support their app. It’s been broken for 2 months. If you’re buying the bottle to achieve goals and be awarded fake awards. DON’T buy. Support claims “server issues” but after two months no change sadly.
the puck sux. It dies young.
over the last couple of years i’ve purchased 4 bottles. the life of the puck sucks. but i had a medical condition that required tracking my water intake. only one lasted a year. one lasted less than 6 months. soo glad i don’t need tracking any longer. still use the bottles.
Bottle had issues from day 1
Bottle had issues from day 1. Shopping took WEEKS. Defective puck. Resent new puck, took weeks. Then the app had issues. Troubleshooted for a few days. After months of issues asked for a refund, they told me it was past the warranty period. No duh - it took you weeks to do anything! Getting refunded through credit card. Great idea in theory, terrible execution of product and poor customer support.
