Slow dispatch and rude customer service
Slow despatch from warehouse and when I enquired if my order had been shipped after 4 days a rude email from customer service was the response. I will find another supplement for my horse from a company that has better values.

Good morning, may we please have you name so we can follow up your complaint, this sounds highly irregular as we pride ourselves in an extremely high level of customer service. In regards to the delay in your delivery arriving unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery time at the moment with Covid 19. Australia Post have very long delays due to the huge backlog and added to this we have been under siege with orders. We have had a small delay with some out of stocks but if that was the case with your order you would have been advised. We have been trading for 30 years and in this time we have never had a complaint against customer service, so we take your complaint very seriously. I would like to know the staff member you received the email from so I can follow this up. If there is anything else we can do for you please let me know, we would be happy to supply your next order at no charge, but I personally need to know if my staff have been unhelpful. Confidence and Quality
I feel very confident purchasing HiForm products, the HiForm team have a vast knowledge in horse nutrition and I am always delighted with anything I purchase from this company. My horses have never turned up their noses at any of the HiForm supplements, which in the past I have had problems with other supplements my horses wont eat mixed through their feeds, causing lots of wastage of product and my money! I have also seen improvements in my horses general demeanour, their hooves and coats as well.

To be honest I’m still bit of a skeptic…
To be honest I’m still bit of a skeptic when it comes to mineral tissue salts however after having issues with other feeds and supplements this has been one of the best in terms of quality and results so I will continue with it! Product is Oxydane.
