Very positive from the start, called up to compare with other local plumbers, allowed us to send in photos to get a rough estimate rather than being told no we dont do quotes which is what I mostly got that day, despite them being busy managed to get us booked in and reasonably quickly at that, came out within the week and everything we need sorted, and one hiccup quickly sorted at our convenience, Martin who came out kept us constantly up to date with bits he was sorting and solutions had come up with to any issues, very positive experience throughout and will be using again when needed.

Our engineer Martin was fantastic, very polite and serviced the boiler, all finished and provided our certificate all before 9am! Amazing company

Highfield were great from start to finish. We had a leak from our shower which meant that our water had to be turned off. We’d been without water for a few days as another tradesperson let us down so we found Highfield on Check a Trade. They did their best to get someone out as soon as possible. They were friendly and helpful from the first point of contact. The job was done within around ten minutes. The workmen were friendly and professional and carried out the job with minimum disruption. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again for any future work.

I had a really good experience with this company and was impressed by their service and communication.

I was able to fully explain the job over the phone when booking the appointment and they even rang me the morning of, to let me know the plumber had a flat tire and might be slightly delayed. I really appreciated their proactiveness, as well as the text with a tracking link when the plumber was on his way.

Martin, who carried out the work, was friendly and professional. He thoroughly discussed the options with me and was upfront about cost. I’m also super happy with the quality of the work he did.

My invoice was sent over promptly, with photo records of the work. I would recommend and will use again in the future.

I would definitely use Highfield Plumbing and Heating again. Craig did a job in my kitchen few years ago. That was great. I called them again to install two radiators. They are very professional everything was arranged accordingly Craig had a visit, measured the radiator and job was done. I m sorry I can’t remember the name of the person who did the job. He was very professional, very calm and answered all my inquiries straight away. He did an excellent job, had no mess and very nice person. I think their customer service is very good too. After the job was done, they constantly messaging and inquiring the feedback and any issues of their service. I highly recommend Highfield Plumbing their charges are reasonable and will use for all my future plumbing and heating work.

Excellent service. Quoted me a price over the phone and even though the job came with a couple of unexpected problems through no fault of the plumber I didn’t need to pay any extra. Vance was truly professional and I would highly recommend them.
