Courteous prompt and good advice throughout the purchase of a polytunnel. Paid by bank transfer and tunnel delivered within 3 days. Courier very helpful and also courteous. He carried everything round to the garden at the back of the house. It was delivered over 2 days and the boxes of bits arrived when we were away and he placed them in our green- house. At this time of the year I did not expect such a quick delivery. Excellent service

I am still disappointed that the plastic comes folded because there is a sharp crease at both sides which ultimately becomes a weak point. Better to send in a roll to avoid creasing at all!

Service was very good, for example;
1. My initial enquiry was dealt with efficiently and knowledgeably
2. The delivery driver spent time dropping off the componentry as close to my construction site as possibe
2. The customer support staff were responsive and very helpful during my self-build
3. The digital photos illustrating elements of construction were really helpful, albeit provided reactively when I called the customer support line
My recommended improvement areas are:
1. Maintain instruction guide currency with the the componentry dispatched - some of the instruction sheets I received related to obsolete componentry
2. Provide a more coherent set of instructions including the digital photos which appear to be under development.
3. Ensure that the correct componentry is dispatched first time - I received incorrect length end hoop-foundation diagonals which delayed my build schedule.

Very quick at putting up the tunnel skillfully ,friendly workman ,very pleased the closing system of door is very flimsy and needs persuading to close only fault.

We love our poly tunnel! Throughout the process of selection, order and delivery Myles was on hand to answer questions. He responded promptly every time. Our only issue was with our order being split by the delivery company so we had to wait ten days or so for the last box to arrive but we were comforted by the fact that Myles was chasing the agent regularly.

The construction team arrived as arranged and quickly and efficiently got the job done.They checked everything was correct and ensured I was happy before leaving, They were polite, friendly and worked away in what was a wet and windy day. The polytunnel is sturdy and looks great,I am really happy with the service and the product.
