Paid for the Whisky on the morning after the auction had ended the previous evening. The whisky was delivered less than twenty fours hours later. Excellent service.

Faultless experience
Website and auction is very well put together and easy to navigate. I like the fact that you can save lots to your "favourites" andare notified when you are outbid.
Received my won lots 48hours after paying...very happy. Bottles very well packaged and safe.
Will bid again! Thanks!

Company Does Not Respond
Registered to bid on what appeared to be a live auction item.
After registration payment made, became clear item was an old expired auction.
Contacted Highland Whisky Auctions about this, also seeking refund.
No response.
