Excellent customer service & product knowledge. Highly professional & speedy. Navid replaced all the batteries for my Pyronic alarm and siren, and then reset the system for me. Very reasonable price. I will see you again when upgrade my CCTV and service my alarm.

Came round to fix faulty electronic gates. They were efficient, professional, took time to explain the issues and the solutions and simply got on with the job. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using High Secure again for the gates and potentially other issues. Highly recommended.

I rang four companies, High Secure was the only firm that answered straightaway. They assessed what needed to be done the next day during a site visit for which there was no charge. We agreed a date to do the work and they completed it within two days. In addition their communication was clear and precise.

Had security cameras and automatic gates installed. The engineers were professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They set everything up properly and explained how to use it.
The smart gate works well, and the CCTV cameras have clear footage, even at night. The team did a solid job and made sure everything was secure.
Would recommend their service.

High Secure installed two security cameras in my property. The engineer who attended was on time and answered all the questions I had about the system. Once the installation was completed, they were very helpful to assist me over the phone with additional support. The cameras work very well and it's reassuring to know that I can always call them for assistance.

I was stuck in my house with my gate didn't response to open on Sunday morning. I found high secure in google maps and I called them and they came quickly and fixed the problem.
