I am a recent customer to HSO and wish I'd found you before! Really pleased with all the items I have bought and they have all been delivered promptly. The customer service is second to none.

This company is great i use it a lot everything I order is good quality and arrives quickly. The customer service is really good also.

Have ordered several times now from HSO and have always received excellent service, quick delivery and items as described.
I made an error not applying a code on my latest order, when I emailed them, they dealt with it immediately and refunded the balance immediately too.

I recently had an issue where a return parcel was unfortunately lost in transit by Evri. I contacted Highstreet Outlet and was really impressed with how they handled it.

Despite the parcel not reaching them, they reviewed the situation and processed my refund promptly once I provided the tracking details and confirmation from the courier.

Their communication was clear and helpful throughout, and they resolved what could have been a frustrating situation very quickly.

I really appreciate their understanding and would definitely purchase from them again.

Just recently bought a chiffon floral top and black straight jeans. Gorgeous fabric and a great fit. Fabulous price and quick delivery. Really happy with this purchase.

I have bought many lovely items from this company in the past. Unfortunately for the last few months the choice of clothes has been unappealing. The emails showing new items don’t show a good variety of expensive designer dresses like they used to. It seems like they don’t have access to the really good items that they once had. It’s really disappointing. What has happened in the buying dept of this once amazing company?

I’ve had some great buys from HSO, but sadly my last order didn’t arrive. The delivery tracker showed it was ‘stuck’ at the Evri depot.
I emailed HSO who picked up my email quickly. Bella reserved the same items for me and contacted Evri. When Evri didn’t respond, she arranged for the second parcel by another delivery provider and this arrived within a couple of days.

Received trousers worn and washed but they have shrank by two inches and now look ridiculous. These are ex marks and spencer wide leg grey trousers. Going in the bin, total waste of money

Highstreet is a terrible company with bad customer service and they treat their employees terrible. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Amazing customer service, have made a few mistakes on ordering and HSO customer service have always sorted it out for me.
One item was lost in the post and when I let HSO know they posted another one out to me, not many companies would do that!
Clothes that I buy are always bargain prices and very good quality.

Upon submitting my first order I realised that I had mistakenly ordered 2 of the same item. The customer service was first class as they immediately removed the item and refunded the cash.
I'm seriously impressed with the company.
