I don't know why my previous review got removed. Pros; easy to navigate, low fees, fast withdrawal to my local bank. The only cons I see are; the timeframe when receiving payment fron clients using Wire Transfer, it takes 3 business days while others can just take same business day to receive it, and everytime I receive payments, it will ask me to create a receipt and takes another time to get full access to my money.
U: if you received payment on a weekend, expect you'll will not be able to access the funds right away. 🤦 I just don't understand this receipt process when you already submitted documents on your first transaction.

I would really love their platform even…
I would really love their platform even though they don't have a mobile app yet; however, it seems my client changed their bank from US Bank to another location so their finance team is unable to process a wire transfer and refund it back to my client's bank account. Glad that it was back in less than 24 hours. I hope you support other wire transfers from other countries or locations, but I really recommend them for US transactions and their support is easy to deal with. Thanks again, I will use your platform if my client change his bank to US, thank you.

Propaganda falsa de cartão internacional USD
De forma geral, a Higlobe é uma boa plataforma para câmbio, boa taxa e plataforma simples. No entando, o que eu considero mais importante em uma plataforma é a confiabilidade e transparência. Infelizmente, apesar de ser anunciado como uma possibilidade desde Setembro de 2025 (data da publicação do artigo e guia de ativação), o cartão internacional em USD ainda não está disponível. É triste que a propaganda enganosa de tal recurso tenha feito eu escolher a Higlobe. Apesar de entrar em contato sobre o mesmo e não ter recebido uma estimativa clara, foi dito que a expectativa da empresa era de ter pronto até Março. Dia 28 de fevereiro acaba sendo o meu limite com propagandas falsas de feature. Farei o último recebimento e migrarei para uma plataforma que leve seus clientes a sério e com respeito, sem mentir para conseguir novos.

Poor Customer Support
I withdrew $200.00 last night. I got debited but didn't receive anything. Sad part is, the transaction disappeared on my transaction history. This is a red flag.
I immediately contacted their support but haven't gotten reply. I want to call them but I couldn't find their number. They only have WhatsApp and email support as far as I know.
Please use their service at your own risk. It has been more than 24 hours and they haven't return my currency.

A única coisa que não gostei foi o excesso de verificações que fizeram o meu pagamento ficar disponível para uso. Acho que ter que criar um recibo e depois a transferência ficar pendente de aprovação é burocracia demais.

Recebo pagamentos a varios anos utilizando remessaonline e tentei abrir uma conta na Higlobe, não aprovaram minha conta e não falam o motivo, nunca tive nenhum problema pra criar conta em nenhuma instituição financeira.. estranho e bem frustrante, estou muito satisfeito com remessaonline e ja usei outras tbm, queria testar a Higlobe e ver se é boa mesmo.. mais minha experiencia foi pessima!!
