Absolutely awful. I owned a server YEARS ago that I CANCELLED and I'm being BILLED in 2026 for a server I DON'T EVEN OWN OR USE. Let it go, dude. I'm disgusted I ever used this service.

The server was fine and this was my second time buying a server from here. The first time was perfectly fine, but now i CANNOT cancel my subscription and I have been billed for 3 months already. There is no canceling options on the website, and the customer service is non existant. I wrote that I need help a month ago and no one is answering anywhere.

Nice customer service. Really cheap but fast. Is as good as any other hosting but half the price. I recommend.

Disappointing Experience
I had a very negative experience with this hosting service. They paused and deleted free servers without giving any notice, which felt dishonest and left me frustrated. It seems like the main goal is to push users toward paid plans, which I understand from a business perspective, but clearer communication would have gone a long way.

I wouldn’t recommend this host based on my experience. If you’re looking for a free alternative, services like Aternos may be more reliable when it comes to keeping your server safe.

Scam. Deleting paid servers without notification and banning you on discord for raising the subject

This entire website is a scam. I usually don't get scammed since im pretty cautious with things however me and my brothers wanted a quick cheap minecraft server and we saw that this was a good rated one. However when I bought a server for only 5 bucks thank god, there was no guide or section where I could view my server. After a while I realised the entire website is just a full on scam, it's spammed with ads, when you click profile it just says "loding...". Didn't even bother spelling loading right and when I asked for my banking details as well as my other details to be removed I got a polite "decline" mail back. I might as well add that the support on the discord server is complete and utter garbage that don't help with anything

i purchased a plan (the creeper one), got in their discord, created a ticket to create the server, server owner said word for word : ''wrong place, kid'' and banned me. I lost 5 bucks. This is a scam.

I was completely new to trying to host. The owner went ahead and ran me through it step by step until I figured it out! This was absolutely the best service I've had.

Absolutely the best host I've ever used, 10/10 !

I've used some minecraft hosts and they all are either crazy expensive (I don't really have a high budget), or have trash support.

BUT this service is the opposite of that, here we can get an 8 GB and a beefy CPU with just $5, which is just insane, and the prices for all server regions are the same. Also, the support or community is more than awesome, the members and the owner helped me with every trouble I've had.

Overall, the only "annoying" thing is that you have to manually join the discord and inform the owner that you just brought a subscription, but again, the response from the owner was fairly quick, so I wouldn't even call it a downside.

remember that the host deletes your server if you don't enter the code that is in discord, always log in

but from my tests I'm liking it
