Hike SEO Avis 

I had let my SEO lapse in recent years and signed up to Hike. Most of my keywords ranked in positions over 100+, but within a couple months most were on page 1 or 2. I still have more work to do as I'm in a very competitive industry, but the tool is very easy to use and the help from the team is also very quick and useful.

We had a dozen or so keywords our website was visible for on Google.

After Hike SEO's campaign, our website was not listed for any of our keywords, or any keywords at all. Totally obliterated our Google rankings.

Brilliant tool and everything you need for SEO! Been using for years!

I recently had a issue (not caused by Hike) that I had to contact customer service about.

They were friendly, clear, and helped me figure out a solution to my issue. It didn't feel like they were reading from a script or were outsourced to another company.

Their tools are easy to use, but if you aren't tech friendly, just reach out to their agents and they'll guide you through it. It may not be incredibly advanced SEO, but it helps ensure the bases are covered, it's easy to use and gets the job done.

I started using Hike SEO 3 months ago and have already seen fantastic results. I recently opened a new hot yoga studio and wasn't appearing on any of the top search pages. While it took some time and effort, I followed all of Hike's recommendations and am now ranking in the TOP 3 on most all of the search results for keywords within my local category. The monthly investment has already paid off in spades -- and can even be a bit fun if you embrace the challenge of doing what it takes to improve your SEO.

I would recommend Hike and their Dashboard to anyone. The Dashboard is very intuitive and saves so much time, plus more importantly we have seen fantastic results for our clients. The team at Hike are so helpful and lovely to work with - nothing is too much trouble and they are so prompt at responding and dealing with queries. They have the perfect balance between maintaining excellent service whilst also developing the Dashboard's functionality and capabilities. We are looking forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come, thanks guys!

I've been using Hike for over four years now and I've never had an issue. Customer service is fantastic, super helpful and friendly. The tool itself it's super user friendly and pulls in everything a small business owner would need to run their own SEO. I've only ever had a positive experience using Hike (my website too!)

So thorough and easy to use. The support is first class.

Hike has been a basic experience. They do bare minimum work, when you are unhappy they ask how they should do their job better. What a waste of time.

Do not pay for the SEO audit - there is no value in a 12 min video that tells you nothing important.

There are better systems and customer service out there.

The tool sounded interesting so I gave it a try - unfortunately the SEO suggestions were extremely basic, and some don't even help with SEO, so cancelled and requested a refund (as they promise). Was told it was processed on July 1st, but then got an email from Stripe July 15th saying refund processed, meaning it wasn't processed July 1st as they claimed. Not a big deal really, but I don't like BS. Tool will probably be somewhat helpful for people who don't know or understand SEO.
