This company is trash. It is located in China and they have made it impossible to return items. There is no customer service. So don't fall for the claims on their website. "Hassle free returns" is a lie. They don't answer chat or email. So you won't be able to return items. There is no BBB so you'd have to use the FTC and other means to report them for fraud. Hipa parts is a fraudulent company and should be avoided completely. Buy from real trustworthy companies that aren't using feedback farms to post fake positive reviews.

I have used Hipa carburetors on Poulan and Stihl chainsaws, and on Stihl line trimmers. The gaskets and fuel lines and other parts are also very good. The carburetors come pre-tuned so very little adjustment is needed. Everything has worked right out of the box. Since I repair small engines as a retirement hobby, I needed a source of high quality after market parts. Hipa provide that via their international shipping website. The service has been amazing and the prices are very competitive. I could not be happier with Sherry and Hipa for their support. Sherry helped me identify the correct carburetor for my Stihl FS45, and the differences from the other Stihl line trimmer carburetors. I am not being paid to say this but Hipa are the most exciting discovery for my workshop in the last few years. I just wish they had a wider range, less items out of stock, and that more of the stock from their USA website was available for international shipping.

I have two Stijl chain saws and have got several new carbs for each none worked, I watched a Video from America and the lady said she had found hipa parts where good ( she said work straight out of the box ) so I ordered two, one for ms250 and one for a 023 ( both the same ) fired both three pulls and both went like a dream no Afro’s there just worked regards Neal Sproit

I got the weedeater line its affordable but its not good it breaks to easy and it seems to light.i even soaked it didn't do nothing shame got 3lbs of this stuff it isn't no good

Hips reached out to me on tik toc and offered a partnership. They sent me some trimmer line that I needed as well as a fuel pump. The trimmer line was packaged very well, and is twisted very well, and is very stiff. I put it on my trimmer with eaves, and it works extremely well.

Contacted me about a partnership on my YouTube channel Flyin Brian's Garage, sent me a carburetor to replace the faulty one I had. When the carburetor arrived, It was professionally packaged to prevent shipping damage, was a beautiful replacement to the one I previously had, came with gaskets and some length of fuel hose. Was a plug and play assembly and is an excellent replacement for my engine. There parts are reasonably priced and good customer service!
