How can I review products not yet received? Ordered on the 16th and desperate to get the order before I go on holiday but three or four emails inquiring if there is a delay due to products being out of stock have been totally ignored. I just wanted some reassurance that I can expect delivery this week. To add to my stress when I tried to track the order on Shop App first it was shown as delivered yesterday! There was no email advising delivery or any delivery received. Now it is showing as Order being prepared. Reading the other highly rated reviews about the delivery speed and how swiftly Company responded to emails I just cant understand why I haven't received any response. Asking me for a review means my order should have reached me by now. Well you asked and here is my review based on how I am feeling about my shopping experience!

First time I’ve bought direct from this company but not the first time I’ve used this particular product. Can’t fault the service and follow up enquiries with the company were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Gets a 5⭐️ even though this was more of a solid block than a balm ~ but then again it was end of batch and effectively out of ‘best by’ date with a generous price discount to match. A fresh batch is due in imminently. (March 2025)
Nevertheless, the fact that this CBD warming balm IS a block lets me hold the metal tray it comes in and rub it over my swollen knee. No need to rub it in as my body heat ~ enhanced by the inflammation in the knee ~ melts the product directly onto my skin, thus keeping my hands clean.
Does it work? Well, companies aren’t allowed to make any medical efficacy claims for their CBD related products as CBD is classified as a ‘novel’ product. All I know is that it seems to help me ~ and that’s all I need to know!

Ordered my first dabble into CBD through Hippie Turtle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. There was a slight issue with their courier which was promptly rectified and Ashley even sent me a gift card as way of an apology….. I was just happy my order was on it’s way so he went above and beyond which is very rare these days.

The product itself is great, I tend to suffer in silence with stress until it’s too much and flip my lid but both the CBD oil and the mood gummies have helped massively with this and now feel more focused but also more at ease with handling stress! Would recommend these to anyone who would listen!

This muscle rub i must admit is pretty good but could be stronger to alleviate pain that much more , its like 70% there in the needed strength value and by increasing the strength its then you would easily blow the opposition out of the park, would i still recommend it to others well yes i would.
