Pretty handy service. Fill the bag put it out. I used to put it on the road, but this time I decided to place it just inside our property this time, thinking I would have to move it. Not necessary! The collection driver has a pretty handy hydraulic arm that can reach out a good distance. Impressed and will for sure continue using the service.

brilliant service i would like to say im just a simple D I Y er callerty on weights would help as i had trouble working out 1.5 ton when driver came to collect he said you only had about 3/4 of a ton i now had to bye another bag from you for the remainder of whats left other than that brilliant service

The whole process is so easy ,the bag came in the post we set it up and filled it went online to order collection with our code , came back home and bag gone , no mess.
So straightforward.

They are not only providing a very versatile removal service, but there customer service is impeccable, friendly, helpful and best of all knowledgeable.
As always a fantastic service, it might feel on the more expensive side until you factor in your time allowance, having the bag and only paying for it and the pick up means if things don't go as expected your not stuck with the bother of extending rental times or charges for longer renting, when YOUR ready it gets collected hassle free.

Easy to book and purchase the bag. I used a mega-bag for old wood and other garden rubbish.The bag took all I wanted to dispose of and a bit more. All sorted online, the bag was sent to me promptly, and collect well within the promised 7 days.

Good clear instructions on how to use the bag. Collection at 07:00 in the morning was efficient, with no interaction required by me - they were very quick and efficient.
Would definitely recommend HIPPO for small waste quantities. However, If you have a lot of rubbish, a skip would be more useful

Hired the largest bag available and got a summer discount using website. Bag delivered very quickly, filled with an enormous amount of old wood and a few bit of other stuff.

Very good overall service

Overall a good service with prompt collection. My only negative is about the inconsistency in the instructions about positioning your bag. The paperwork that came with it says it must be within 6m of the roadway but elsewhere, including the skip bag itself says 4m. I clarified by phone that it should be 6m (that is, the entire bag within 6m). I then filled the bag, booked my collection and the confirmation email again said 4m! Please could this ambiguity be resolved?

Also, the length of the vehicle is given in feet! Please use metres for everything.
