Went to hiq Dudley today for new tyres. Service was excellent. Staff very helpful. Mentioned that my number plate was not secure and Paul very kindly sorted it for me.

Booked online at Lancaster HiQ, unfortunately the computer had not transferred the appointment. I was Quickly booked in for 4 wheel alignment and 2 tyres. Only 1 tyre needed, came and checked I only wanted the 1 tyre fitting so only 1 fitted, and rear wheels were aligned within spec so only charged for front wheel alignment. Top company did not try to upsell. Highly recommended. Free coffee while I waited

While passing Cardiff I picked up a major puncture and limped the car into Cardiff HiQ with a shredded tyre and no spare (new car only has inflation kit). The manager ordered in the correct tyre within a few hours and we were back on the the road. Superb, friendly service saved the day. Highly recommended.

Staff were friendly and helpful only too about 20-30 minutes to sort
No pushy selling tactics like some tyre companies

My partner had his MOT done at HiQ Banbury by Sam & was served by Becki & Trav. Excellent service all round, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was super helpful and a really friendly atmosphere.

This is the second time I have used HIQ Banbury and my experience second time round was just as good as the first fab service from Becky and great technicians travis and Sam cleaned up my brakes and sent me on my way

Booked our car in for 2 new tyres through Asda, this garage (Newton Aycliffe) came up as a fitter. They called to changed the time of appointment as they could not honour the time we had requested. Arrived at the stated time and drove away a hour and a half later! In that time my husband noticed the car outside the garage and asked what was happening, he was told its in the shop, he pointed it out it was outside and was told they were waiting for a ramp to align the wheels, It went on the ramp not long after and sat for 20 minutes not being touched, chased again. Eventually a man in a suit (who I can only assume was a manager) came and brought the car back. No apology, no explanation. In the mean time a family had arrived with a blow out from the A1 and were gone within 40 minutes, another guy came in for an appointment 30 minutes after our car and went within 30 minutes. We live in the area and have used this garage before but will never be back, disgusting service! Would not recommed to anyone

We had the unfortunate need to call in here when our water pump failed on 7 th Feb
Mark and Alex went above and beyond to try and help us however it was not something their garage could help with but whilst we were there we were treated in a kind and friendly way being shown into their waiting area to have a free cuppa whilst they investigated the problem and did their best to get us into situation to get back to where we were staying -many miles from home. They refused to charge us for just looking at the
car too. If only all garages were like this

HiQ & Castrol garage, Henley on Thames - 5*-10 out of 10 - absolutely first class service would highly recommend this garage to all drivers. Friendly staff - contact was James on Reception he is very calm, personable and efficient/offers clear and knowledgeable advice/options and kept me informed.
New manager and another member of staff - the latter drove me back home in my car and then returned it to the garage for work are again both personable and helpful.
The work carried out was timely and efficient
I used to hate garages but now have confidence that
there is a local garage, HiQ Castrol, Henley, where staff are genuinely there to maximise their best endeavours on behalf of the customer.

Great service - rang in morning and they ordered tyre and had it fitted within a few hours. Friendly and reliable service and would definitely recommend. Served by Richard and Joe was the mechanic

Men vet ju inte på vilken nivå! Om kanske HiQ Skåne AB drivs för kortsiktigt av styrelsen? Eller om det är ett mer lokalt fenomen...
