Hivesuite Avis 

I saw HiveSuite advertised on Facebook and thought I'd give it a try after using a mix of WhatsApp and a few other systems. As a locksmith, I've always found it difficult to keep track of customers and jobs in one place, but HiveSuite has made a big difference to the way we work.

One thing I've noticed is how active they are. I've spoken directly with the founder a few times and he's always come back to me quickly. I even suggested something that would help my business and it was added within a few days.

It's made managing jobs a lot easier and I'd happily recommend HiveSuite to other tradespeople or small business owners.

After trying many other management programs Hivesuite has been by far the easiest to use for a small business and I have been able to work closely with the developers to refine and add features that make a massive difference to my day to day.

Finally moved my landscaping business away from scribbled notes and frantic text messages to HiveSuite, and I wish I’d done it sooner. The 'HiveIntel' AI feature is a total game changer - I can literally just ask it 'who hasn't paid me yet' or 'show me my pending quotes' and it pulls the answer from my records in seconds (even with my typos!).

Being able to send professional, branded invoices from my van and letting clients pay directly through a link has made me look ten times more professional and helped my cash flow massively. If you're a solo-trader running everything from your phone, this is the one.
