Very disappointing
I was very happy with my first 3 orders, on my 4th order I changed the delivery address but some how maybe a mistake of my doing I didn't put the flat number on my delivery. My order 1931 was made on december 15, I have not received my items. I have emailed several times, no answer, the phone number doesn't connect, and the online message assistant is useless. I've spent over £100 on my order and i still have not received anything. Yes i made an error on my address but the fact I can not contact anyone is simply unacceptable. HLife Shop claim to be UK based, the phone number has the international code on it, and the fact im getting no response through numerous communication platforms is the height of unprofessionalism.
