Although the picture looks glossy and the furniture looks good too. I would advise anyone who is considering buying from this company to think carefully. They don’t respond to emails sent to their main email and the company has no direct number for you to contact. I have messaged on Facebook and got a reply from a Nicholas who promised to contact me with an update the next day following my message but didn’t. Thoroughly disappointing…..

I have have had to dispute the charge with my bank as my product was not delivered and the company is ignoring communication, very scam like behaviour. Ordered on Jan 13th, expected delivery mid-Feb, received a single message (Feb 9th) from the company saying they were 'checking the order' and would get back with a delivery date. Since then I've been completely ignored despite trying to contact them over and over. I am following up with the bank to get a refund.

I ordered a custom table on 11/09/20 on Etsy and was promised a delivery within 8-12 weeks so expected to have it by 11/12/20 the latest. Got it on 12/02/21 - 2 months delayed!

Very poor communication throughout.

On receipt of the item it looked good and well-built. However, the height was not as requested - 71.5cm instead of 74cm requested.

And the main flaw of the table was the legroom - there was practically no room for an adult because of how it was designed which made it unsuitable for the purpose. It would have been obvious if even once it was sat at by the producer. Again, no response from the seller.

Overall, happy with the build quality but the design was dreadful. The customer service level was left much to be desired.

Since I posted this review on Etsy the seller agreed to make a new table so that it matches my specification. After producing a design mock-up they stopped replying and the product was never delivered. Since there have been more than 100 days from the date of the original purchase I'm now unable either to leave a review nor to raise a dispute. They probably new that and delayed it until it was too late for me to complain. I'd avoid if I knew.

I ordered a chest of drawers from Virgil over a year ago. He kept delaying the order and failing to get back to me. The order has never been received despite multiple promises. He never responds to emails or my Whatsapp messages. Very disappointing.

My table arrived very quickly and looks amazing. I will return to buy more from this company!
