One of my orders never got delivered and I had no idea how to talk anyone about it.. had wrong address.. my new orders were great!

The product itself is good
The product itself is good. The price keeps going up which that is lame but the lamest part of all of it is every now and then I place an order and it’s like they don’t even know I placed it so then I got to keep sending emails that I get no response to and then I placed another order and told him that I’m missing my order. Here’s the order number and then they just sent me my newest order and said nothing about it yeah so the customer service here is absolute garbage. There is none, but the products good if you get it.

Been about 3 weeks, have not received my package at all
Item still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" after a full 3 weeks of waiting.
Edit: Messaged support last week and have not gotten a word. At all. What a waste of money. Their website says "Complete order" But the USPS page says "USPS Awaiting Item" After about a MONTH. They basically went away with taking about $30 and went completely silent on me. No updates, nothing.
Update: Still have not received an email back or anything. No charge back as well.

honest review.
it’s good. quality is usually almost perfect. i’ve had a few batches that were all that. but mostly they are solid. last batch i got i wasn’t too impressed for $209 … pretty damn pricey for what i got. also i always ask for samples or merch and i never get anything. i got a sticker 1 time. i give it 4 stars because it is good product and very nice packaging best i’ve ever seen in packages for thca online ordering. my dad loves it, my girlfriend , her mom. i try and get everyone to buy from this company. i just think with the price maybe y’all could do some 1 gram samples of others you have so it will make me want to buy more. maybe throw a couple simple small merch items if requested (especially for $209 a ounce i mean i can get the same stuff for cheaper i just hate dealing with plugs and not knowing what i’m getting which another reason for 4 stars). anyways i’m not here to hate , i love this company , i really do. it’s convenient and fast shipping and i honestly can’t complain other than what i just said. just some suggestions. i think if this is your first time buying you should definitely consider this company for good results.

Non existent customer service
It took so long for order to ship I made a another order the following day. Received the second order on the 31st and never received my first order. Tracking for the first package still says waiting for usps scan to this day. Contacted the company got a email on aug 1st saying they would check on it and give me a update and never heard from them again. Also you can clearly feel a vacuum sealed jar through the paper thin bag so I’m not surprised at all someone stole it. Don’t even bother with these clowns!

Best THCa I've had so far! I bought some from another site and it's not even close to this quality. Smoked weed for 14 yrs and just switched over to THCa! Love it so far, will definitely be back.
