Very easy to setup and delivery was quick.

Very good at arranging and getting the material picked up. However, we have had issues twice with the delivery getting here at or after our closing time. I addressed this the first time and it wasn't supposed to happen again. Consequently it happened again on the last shipment.

We initially had some hiccups when we first started using Hnry Logistics for our truck load services but they have really become a suitable and reliable carrier and the transit time is unbelievable in some states.

I had HNRY Logistics pick up a very expensive piece of equipment in the US and deliver to us in Canada.
This was an oversized load, and the truck had to follow specific
instructions from our vendor which HNRY did.
From pick up to delivery at our site everything was great.
JD was a big help and did exactly what he said he would do.
A real pleasure to work with.

Delivery was on time and in full. Scheduling and set up was efficient. Rate was competitive. Reliability and service was as promised.

It is my understanding that the driver contacted the delivery location 15 minutes before arrival, instead of calling after he was loaded to give them at least an hour to get help to unload. The driver had to help unload so we are being billed an extra $350. If they would have given him better notice he would have had more time to get more help & the extra charge could've been avoided.
Other than that the product was handled perfectly no damage & you were able to get it off our dock & delivered in a reasonable amount of time w/ no delays

A great first shipment from Pompano Beach, FL. to Dallas, Texas. The driver arrived for pick up on time and delivered on time. The price is great. We will keep working with HRNY for our Florida to Texas shipping needs.

Love the customer service that Tom provides.
Lately there have been a few missed pick up dates that really hurts us. If we schedule a load we rely on the truck being here in the allotted time

The Drivers are very Courteous and always get our orders delivered on time.
