After exploring Wix and Go Daddy website portals, I decided that HOA Express was most appropriate for building my condo association website. It was definitely the right choice. While costing a few dollars more per month than the others, it is well worth it for several reasons: the platform is tailored to homeowner or condo associations so all the needed pages and member rosters are designed for such users so there is very little design needed and the data on members and documents are simply loaded into the existing pages. While I am comfortable with computers and standard software, I didn’t know anything about building a website and was very anxious to take it on for fear of it being too complex and time-consuming. Neither was the case. It was simple, easy and quick. From start to finish, I had it done in just over a week of part time work. But that’s not the best of it!

The best surprise was the technical support that I received from Meredith through the online chat. It started with an “onboarding call” where she introduced the platform and, since I had spent 3-4 hours already exploring and testing the site, she answered all of my questions easily and all of the features that I wanted and needed on the site were already there. But what happened in the following 10 days was what made all of the difference to me. Meredith kept our chat open and responded almost immediately to all of my many questions – sometimes late into the evening with clear and concise answers and screenshots to make it easy for me to resolve my questions and complete whatever task I was working on. She was patient, knowledgeable, very responsive, and totally clear on her answers and helped me deal with a couple of unique issues that she could easily have passed on.

I am shocked by how easy it was to set up the website so quickly and by Meredith’s great support. She treated me like I was her only customer and made me feel totally comfortable in administering the site going forward. I urge any HOA or Condo Association readers of this comment to select HOA Express for building their website. You will be glad that you did!

Excellent product extremely easy/simple to configure and set up a full blown trial prototype. Board and members are very enthusiastic for new site launch coming soon. HOA Express support has been excellent, very responsive and flexible with intuitive site admin portal and well written help documentation.

Our HOA has had a website managed by a 3rd party for years which became very static. Now with HOA Express any board member can manage our HOA page or create a page tailored for our townhomes or single family homes. Updates are easy to keep information fresh.

I recently became the admin for our website, hosted by HOA Sites. I found the learning curve a bit steep, administration required too many steps, and instructions a bit lacking. While reviewing HOA Express as a possible replacement I found administration was intuitive and fast with a very low learning curve. Instructions are mostly great, and questions are answered quickly and fully. We subscribed to their Deluxe Plan today, over $200 less expensive than HOA Sites and a better user experience for our organization. I am sure HOA Sites works better for some organizations as their capabilities may better serve organizations larger than ours. But, for us, HOA Express's ease of administration blows them out of the water. I have seen a 75% reduction in the amount of time I spend on administration. And, our members prefer the interface. There are additional features I prefer that I could comment on, but you should take it for a free test drive yourself.

User friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

HOA express is the only product that I found to be perfect for small organizations like our HOA. We manage the HOA finances and communication for a very affordable cost with this tool. The support by email and phone is excellent and prompt.

Very user friendly and intuitive software package. You don't need to know programming to build an HOA website.

The software is very easy to use, the templates are attractive and the customer support is top-notch. The only shortcoming of the software is the management of resident information. I am the admin for an HOA community of 200 residents and I seem to spend over 95% of my time dealing resident data issues. I wish HOA_Express would make improvements in that area and also give admin more control of data. Lastly, the price for the software is very affordable.

I’m quite thrilled with HOA Express portal software. It’s been a game changer for my recent startup of a new Wisconsin lake association for uniting the lake neighbors to help fend off threatening residential overdevelopment that would damage our small pristine lake. So cool how easy it was to setup, add content and invite new members. I recruited 15 community members within 2 weeks for starters... and I feel like a hero for our common environmental cause. If you are looking for a company to produce a contemporary, effective, flexible and creative website that incorporates any need you have these people are what you want. Their professionalism, patience, follow through and ability to communicate regardless of your technical skills is excellent.

So far so good. Easy set up, very customer friendly interface and they scheduled a set up meeting to help if I have questions.

We've been using HOA Express now for more than a year and I can't be more pleased with most every aspect. There are a few things to quibble with like the handling of photos and some features they've yet to roll out, but it's by far the best platform I've seen for a dedicated purpose, easy to set up, and the support is very responsive. I highly recommend it for your HOA.

I can't say enough about HOA Express!!! Not only was it super easy to understand (and I'm not tech savvy), but the finished product is beautiful! Prior to our paid subscription, I had subscribed to "trial" periods for roughly 6 other HOA website templates. I was so impressed with the ease of use and the various options for creating unlimited pages within the website! What really hooked me was the fast response from IT!!! Their explanations to my questions are clearly spelled out, and many times include GIFs to support their explanation!
With the help of HOA Express, we've been able to create a website that is clean, useful, and aesthetically pleasing! Our residents absolutely love the website!!!
