Great prices, customer service, and delivery times
Hobby Workshop has great prices and really fast delivery times. Even with the cheapest delivery option (Royal Mail) most of the time orders arrive the next working day.
My partner and I pre-ordered all the new Seraphon kit and that was delivered on the GW release day, even with the free delivery option. Can’t fault the service.
On the rare occasions I’ve had minor issues with orders, customer service has been brilliant. They’re always fast to respond and get any problems resolved.
The only reason I shop elsewhere nowadays is if items are out of stock.

Huge range, great prices and the customer service is excellent. Frequently respond to emails out of hours and have on several occasions helped me out far above what I experience with other sites. Really friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Superb!
Superb service, can`t fault them in any way. Ordered on the Tuesday and had them arrive on the Wednesday as promised.
Order was well packaged but not over the top and wasteful as many companies seem to do these days.
The website was easy to navigate, well laid out and informative and paying was just as easy.
There`s a great selection and availability of product with prices that are fair yet competitive.
Have used this company once before and will continue to in the future.
