The staff are friendly and helpful
The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I had to change the look of the ribbons due to my organization’s preferences; I had no problem in contacting the correct department, made the changes and the order arrived earlier than promised.

Easily placed order online
Easily placed order online. There were a lot of selections! I uploaded design I wanted on my ribbons with ease. The process was smooth, I was contacted about a question the printer had and we resolved it quickly. I was given the option to choose when I needed the ribbons and they arrived in plenty of time! They look awesome!

Great communication to work out all the details of our first order. Order shipped and arrived as expected. Only little complaint is how the ribbons were packed. We've received ribbon orders from other vendors that were packed much better so ribbons stayed flat and shipped better.

I have been purchasing from them for 10 years, people at Hodges are wonderful to work with. They are so detail oriented, if my order doesn’t look right, they call me to confirm. Customer service and delivery always on time if not early.

Online design; having logos; and customer service are stellar.
Paying enormous shipping fees are ridiculous. I ordered a small box of flat ribbons. The size of the box was smaller than a shoe box. It cost $118 to ship them - there was no other option presented. It wasn't that big of a rush. You need to look into alternative carriers. I have shipped items that size and weight, it just shouldn't have cost that much.

After reviewing your order, I see it was placed on March 30th with a requested delivery date of April 15th. Because our ribbons are hand-printed and handmade, production requires a minimum of 12 working days (weekends not included), in addition to transit time.
I’d also like to clarify the shipping cost. While the initial estimate for UPS Second Day service was $118, we were able to downgrade your shipment to UPS Ground and successfully meet your deadline. This reduced your shipping cost to $42, and a refund of $81.13 was issued back to you. Our apologies if this adjustment was not clearly noticed.
We choose to ship with UPS because it has proven to be the most reliable carrier for time-sensitive, event-driven orders like yours. In the past, both we and our customers have experienced delays with other carriers, and our priority is to ensure orders arrive on time for your events.
