Ive had a few items delivered for my Road Glide, love the ease of fitting and how all the cutting out of all the un-necessary works to install the products.
The tutorials are good, but i think could do with close ups and better lighting for us aging bikers.

Love the products and the speed that arrive from the USA to Dublin, Ireland. Great packaging and definately extensive protection and boxing ensuring an undamaged part/accessory. ill be definately odering a few more items from the lads at Hogworkz.

I ordered Hogworkz adjustable highway pegs & clamps - Short (for 1.25" engine guards). The first set I ordered was shipped super fast. When I received the first set, I immediately reached out to customer support and explained that one of the clamp arms had knicks and dents on it. The lady who was providing me with service immediately sent me an email to which I responded with pictures of the defects. She then apologized for the inconvenience and shipped me out a new set which I received a couple of days later. Great customer service and quick resolution. However, the second set also had the same type of knicks and dents on one of the clamp arms. It appears as if it is from the manufacturing process. I was able to get one good set out of the two sets which will work for me on my bike. As a courtesy, I phoned Hogworkz again just to advise them of the issue and this time spoke with Noah. I explained briefly that I had ordered a product from them and had to order a second set because of the defect. Noah did apologize and said he would let them know. He never asked who I was or what the product was so I'm not really sure how he will let (whomever) know that there is an issue. Just a quick sorry and I will let them know. Again, I was only trying to help them so that they do not continue to send out a damaged product. As stated, I was able to get a non damaged set out of two sets. I do not believe that I will in the future order any products from them based on my experience with the quality of this item. Just my two cents, you do what you like.

A mislabeled item on their website was returned and received by Hogworkz on 7/10/26....as of today (7/21/26), I'm still waiting for my credit card company to be credited. By far the worst customer service I have ever worked with...

Ordered a color matching fender. Very slow, no updates and it processed has not budged in over a month. No communication. If you want a color matched item you might want to look elsewhere!

Bought the Lumipro™ LED Windshield Trim Lights HW307037 for my 2019 Road Glide. The lights were NOT a good fit for my bike and had to be fabricated not to damage the wiring upon installation. After the first ride one of the running lights stopped working. I've been trying to contact them for over a week to honor their warranty and can't get anyone there to answer me. It seems like this company sells cheap products at an extremely high markup and doesn't bother to provide any customer service afterwards.

Bought an upper fairing running light/turn signal LED kit for my 2023 Road Glide, Running lights would not stay on, I reached out, was fed some garbage that R&D was trying to come up with a solution, after an entire day of waiting I figured out that their lights can't be used with the factory bullets as the power draw is too much, so In short - I'm smarter than their R&D department. I cancelled the other $500 in products I ordered last week that haven't even shipped yet. Oh and the $179.00 kit I drilled my bike and installed - come to find out Amazon sells the same kit for $59.00 I will never buy another thing from this company. Horrible customer service, Horrible tech support. I emailed the owner and he "Justin" doesn't seem to care to respond.

Terrible experience with HogWorkz. I placed Order #100454945 and had issues with the parts I received. The bracket/light assembly appeared to have visible wear and did not seem right during installation. I also had fitment/quality issues with two black flush mount pop-up gas caps that did not sit truly flush as expected.

I tried to handle this properly through their return process. I sent multiple emails, tried using their online return system, and called repeatedly. Their online system would not let me complete the return because it required photo uploads, and it would not let me continue or skip that step.

I called approximately 10 times and they only answered twice. One customer service representative was rude and dismissive and simply told me to go online to start the return, even though I explained that I had already tried and their system would not allow me to complete it. It took multiple calls before I finally reached someone else who helped move the return forward and sent me a UPS label.

They approved Return #122811140923, and HogWorkz confirmed that my return was received on May 20. They also stated that returns take three to five business days on average to complete once received. That timeframe passed, and I still did not have my refund.

When I followed up again, they confirmed they had received my return at their warehouse, but said they were delayed because of warehouse expansion and internal processing issues. That means they had both the returned merchandise and my money, but still could not provide a clear refund date.

In my opinion, this is unacceptable customer service. A company’s internal warehouse delays should not become the customer’s problem after the customer follows the return process and the company receives the returned items. Based on my experience, they seem focused on taking orders and money, but the customer service after the sale was extremely poor. I would not recommend HogWorkz.

Sold me a detective piece of crap flush pop up cap takes forever for them to respond I would not recommend this company

am I a perfectionist or... are we a mismatch. clearly stated my wishes in terms of what I want in combination with what my motorcycle (gem) already has in terms of options.. air ride (thunderbike), thundermax ecu custom handle bar (thunderbike), kosos dispelay, chigee aio-6 with obd, jw speaker adaptive, advanblack st fairing (all about the details) 21 inch front wheel (smt wheels) with custom front fender (thunderbike). I was wrongly advised.. that can happen, but the communication is really a drama here. they just don't respond... so my advice... spend a little more and it will be perfect... with someone else... I have a saddle and a rear fender that I have as a macave decoration... I'm not even going to do that

I ordered a headlight several days ago. I chose this one over a different brand because they were supposed to be better lighting. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for a couple of days now via chat and phone but to no avail. I’m going to just go ahead and cancel my order now.

This weekend I was at the Daytona bike week. I saw a guy named Alex and he told me he was too busy to sell me stuff because I was not as important as other customers buying more expensive stuff and turned me away. This is the worst thing that a company can do.

I Bought the HW307033 1157 HALOMKER combo kit didn’t work for my 2014 Harley Switchback. I forgot about them for months and called to get a refund and was only offered store credit. No thank you! If your website isn’t accurate on models your products fit, and you won’t refund a un opened purchase you are not a trustworthy company.

I bought some lights and turning lights for my bike a time ago and was happy for the quality so I decided to buy some food pegs for my new bike. Came fairly on time but I noticed they were too long so I decided to return it and ask for an exchange. First they told me I had to pay for the return and that's ok. Not the best practice but I did. They received my return 4 days ago and never told me they did. I called and the customer service told me maybe they have it but they take a time to let me know and send the replacement, cause I wanted a short size. I haven't received not even an email saying they received them and I just want my money back and buy some others with a company that really care about those who support their business. Won't buy even a washer from this guys again. And this was not the first time I noticed a kind of not caring customer service. To me, they have probably the best quality ever but the customer service is far away from that criteria.

Bought a 4 point docking hardware kit. The plastic bushing broke within the first 6 months. I fixed it with some electrical tape to make it work until I got time to call Hogworkz. I finally remembered to call, gave the lady my order # so she could look up the order, she said no problem and that she would send me a replacement and an extra in case it ever happened again but to send an email with pics to confirm what I had. Then I get an email back stating that they would not send a replacement and I would have to buy the whole thing again for probably a $1 part. I was about to order a tour pack from them but now will order from AdvanBlack. I can't stand companies that don't stand behind their product.

I have bought several Items… lower fairing, tour pack and now I am ordering stretched bags all for my 2008 SG. I will say that the paint matched real close but not perfect the tour pack and lowers took about 1 month because I ordered three things to be painted it gets done a little sooner when you order more I am waiting for my bags so far only a week… look for my next review when I get them

Beware. Purchased the Illumina Sequential Tour Pack LIght for a 2024 HD Road Glide. Site says it fits. Reality - it throws error codes! They claim they are having a wiring harness update made to address the issue but I am told 2 more weeks each time I have called.
Note they are still advertising on the site that it works and are selling same even though they know there is a problem.
I'm thinking they are inviting a lawsuit.

I bought a halomaker headlight for my 2015 Slim. The website said it would fit without issue. Turns out this was not true. the headlight was not secure at all, very wobbly within the bucket. Customer service has limited hours on east coast so I used email. Their original response was to say it fit, then they said “just use a little rubber” to secure it (after several days of waiting for a response) When I asked about the the return policy, they said no since it was > 30 days (It was a christmas gift but I didn‘t install till spring). then they said they could go to 180 days, but CONVENIENTLY I got the email on day 181. I’m not joking - one of the worst customer service companies I have ever dealt with, misleading advertisement about fit, and an expectation for the customer to spend more time & money to make it fit despite paying $299. BTW - got a killer light direct from Harley for >$100 cheaper. Don’t waste your time (or money!)

Very talented marketing folks describing the seat as gel material and comfortable when in reality it is hard as a rock. On top of that the sissy bar was the hardest plastic you can imagine. Alright fine, let’s exchange them. Nope. You must pay for your returns plus a restocking fee. Even UPS couldn’t believe we were paying $100 to return something that was never used. Unbelievable.

I’ve bought a license plate relocation kit along with the 4 point docking system, locking quick release for the detachable tour pack kit, Lumipro saddle bag filler lights and Antenna relocation kits and the products were great, I did end up sending the antenna kit sent back because I decided to go with an inner fairing mounted antenna instead which I did not get from Hogworkz. But my experience has been great working and buying with them and shipping was prompt. Great company to work and buy from
