Amazing House
We rented their castle in blakeslee and the house is so spacious. We had a party and enjoyed staying at their place. They were a great host. Hope to come back again in the summers. Cheers!!

Stolen security deposit
After the trip the estate manager accused of us of breaking a bed so now they won’t give us our $500 dollar security deposit back. They said they were going to show us photos of the broken bed but haven’t ever gotten back to us about the security deposit so I’m guessing they are just trying to keep it.

I apologize on behalf of everyone at Holidaykeepers for not sending the broken bed images right away to you. Please know that your situation was an exception, and it's a rare incidence and needs attention. As you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can’t fix the past, but you need to understand that repairing or replacing a broken bed will cost a lot of money and effort in a region like Poconos, PA. We'll always tell all our guests to maintain the house and not break anything because we know it will take a lot of time to fix or replace things, and most importantly, we cannot give a bad experience to our next coming guest.
We've mentioned in the terms if anything gets damaged, then money will get deducted from the Security deposit. Even though it will cost more than 500$ to replace the bed you broke, we're still considering this a loss for the company. You need to understand, Jhoan, we're putting our best efforts to make our customers happy and satisfied, but there are situations like yours where we've to take action like this. We're attaching the broken bed image for reference.

Their villa in Plains is amazing
Their villa in Plains is amazing. It has a personal lake, waterfall, tennis court, swimming pool, and so many indoor games. It’s a huge property and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They were a very good host. Would definitely come back for a vacation there

WOW What a Place!
WOW! This place is amazing! Indoor pool, Steam room and Jacuzzi! Large mansion with great views, Barn and a lake. We had a great time here and it fits so many people! You can have a wedding here for sure. Local to just about anything you need. This mansion is clean and ready when you get there and fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and linens. There’s even a big game room in the garage and a pool table in the house! The garage is packed with run stuff to do, even a line of bicycles. I can’t wait to return again!
