Absolute joke ! They wanted £6000+ upfront and very hard sell, had all this sale patter , and we had a zoom call and all these pages open on his laptop with who is wonderful that works in the company. Complete joke and hard to get rid off when you say no

No idea how they got my number but consistently receiving spam calls from them. Will be reporting to police as fraud, as I’ve asked multiple times not to be contacted again.

After call and call we went to see them face to face. This meeting was pointless as was just given a sales pitch to get £4000 to £6000 pounds to start a case. After this meeting we had a follow up call. After telling this sales man were not interested in spending more.money right now.
He told me
"a fool and his money are easily parted". And hung up the phone!!!
Which i find very funny as obviously not stupid enough to lo give them more.

Total waste of time over an hour of my time wasted and giving you facts and then wanting an outstanding fee to help you it's just another sales pitch. No better then the sales person who sold me the caravan. Don't waste your time. Sounds good on the radio

Had a discussion with their advisor for an hour then stated the cost for legal was over 21K but they wanted 7K off me upfront, to which i declined. since then i get hone calls trying to get me to reconsider as they have have more funding options, told them when no win no fee come back to e but i till get the calls,

Heard an ad on the radio over a year ago, have had a call from a super polite really helpful agent, I explained having already lost thousands I would not be paying a single penny to anyone else on legal fees so if there were any fees involved to end it there. They stated a zoom call would be required with me and my husband which can take up to two hours. As a full time working mum to 4 I don't have time for this. I thanked them for their help and asked them not to call me again. Since then I get a call from them every few months and I tell them the same thing very politely, "I appreciate you trying to help but I've asked you to delete my contact details and information and not call me again". They are very polite and always apologize and agree until the next phone call. If they can't even comply with a request not to call me again I worry that ethically they are pushing a sales pitch, which is a pretty poor show as people needing these services will have already been duped for thousands.

Ecc holiday park are lieing to every one saying they dont no you when you put a review the do all they care about is your money never use this crap company you pay and keep your moneyyou give them no work done

We had an interview didn’t like the way it went asking for nearly 4 grand up front .. got home had a chat decided we did not want to go ahead with it . We texted to cancel it with in 3 hours and now they have sent us a message from there legal team saying they want 1,278 ..30% of the total amount .. when we cancelled with in 3 hours .. it was a free consultation so do not go to this company .. there’s lots of bad reviews .

Text an enquiry after hearing a radio advert last year and was called on a daily basis until I eventually told them I wouldn’t have time to speak and to take me off their list.

One year later, started to get almost daily calls again until I eventually answered and was given all the sales pitch about compensation etc and I agreed to a zoom call.

Day of the zoom call, I started the meeting by stating clearly that o had put this matter behind me and moved on so unless this was no win no fee I would not be spending a penny on this matter even if they told me I could get £1m. They replied that they would go through the meeting and would then discuss options at the end which would include no win no fee option.

An hour being shown pointless web sites and testimonials in a classic sales pitch to then be told they didn’t do no win no fee. Absolute waste of everyone’s time.

These are aggressive sales people who are preying on people who have fallen victim to aggressive sales people. They should be ashamed about misleading people.

I had 1 1/2 hour zoom call with them it was nothing but a heavy sales pitch.
They wanted 4k upfront. After hours of research I couldn't find anyone they successfully helped.
It seems they are con artists preying on poor people who have already been duped by holiday parks who are desperate.

ECC / Holiday Park Advice Centre have been supporting me with my Holiday Lodge issue and have referred my case to Pinder Reaux. My case has not been resolved yet, and is work in progress. However, I wanted to add a review because I was very sceptical at first having read some reviews on here. However, the company are very customer focussed, return calls when promised and regularly check in (I have been dealing with Remy and Mark Jobling - both are excellent. Pinder Reaux were initially slow, but very thorough. John Spyro, the Director is excellent as is Olivia, the Senior Associate, and very knowledgeable. As I say, my case is not sorted yet, so I am not rating outcome or Value yet. However, the communication from ECC has been good and the advice from Pinder Reaux thorough. The New AI Assistant is also excellent.

Avoid! They baffle you with BS and get you to sign up promising you they will get your money back, but want a lot of money upfront, say you can cancel but ignore your emails and phone calls to cancel once you have signed up.

9Had an hour long on line meeting which bombarded with facts and articles off the internet. Have to say I didn't see the point of most of it. Then after the consultant filling out a form, he said he would talk to the legal team.At this point I asked if there was an upfront payment which he confirmed and I finished the meeting very quickly. Will not be dealing with them.
