Umrah Service
We used the services of Holiday Planner for our Umrah during the first seven days of Ramadan 2026. Overall, I am happy with the communication and updates they provided. They kept us well informed throughout the journey.
The accommodation was good, and the transport arrangements to and from the airport, as well as the transfer from Madinah to Makkah, were well organised. The Ziyarah in Madinah was also arranged nicely. The Moallem service in Makkah was good as well.
However, there are a couple of areas where improvements could be made. The NUSUK booking should ideally be organised by Holiday Planner. Since it was not arranged by them, my mother and sister unfortunately could not visit Rawdah Mubarak.
Additionally, there were times when Holiday Planner contacted or updated us while we were performing Umrah. It would be better if such information could be provided earlier so that pilgrims are not distracted while concentrating on their ibadat and Umrah.
Finally, many thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for his effort and hard work in supporting us during the trip.
