Negligence, dishonesty and lack in basic english
I recently stayed at a property managed by this company, expecting a comfortable and safe environment. Instead, upon arriving late at night after a long day of travel, we were met with an unbearable and dangerous situation. The apartment, which was represented as a hotel, reeked of an intense cigarette and cigar smoke that posed a serious health risk, especially for my heavily pregnant wife and our two-year-old child.
Immediately, I contacted the management via WhatsApp to alert them to the hazardous conditions and to request urgent assistance. Unfortunately, despite sending a video showing that the toilet was also not flushing—a further inconvenience—they only responded with empty promises to “get back to me in a few minutes,” without ever answering their phone.
As time passed and the situation worsened, with temperatures soaring to 41°C outside, we were left with no choice but to stay inside the toxic environment. When I finally asked them for clear guidance, they instructed us to “wait inside,” disregarding the health risks.
At 4 PM, I was told to check out and was assured that I would receive a refund. Following their instruction, I checked out promptly, only to be later informed that no refund was possible. The management’s communication was poor, their English was barely understandable, and their attitude was rude throughout this ordeal.
This level of negligence, dishonesty, and lack of basic respect is unacceptable, especially when vulnerable individuals are involved. Due to their failure to act responsibly or provide proper support, I have reported this company to the authorities. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking through this management.
