Laura is a breath of freah air, shes very good and fast as what she provides! She is friendly, honest and has alot of knowlegde. Ive used laura for over a year now and i will contiue to do so. I travel at least a couple of times a year and the service she provides is rapid, reliable and very fair, i trust her totally to get me places where ever that may be. I always recommend her servicesand honestly cant fault her!

This was our second time booking through Holirays, and once again Laura made everything really easy.

The booking process was straightforward, and her communication is genuinely brilliant - she replies so quickly, which takes a lot of the stress out of organising a holiday.

We did have a couple of issues while we were away, and Laura was great at responding. When our airport transfer didn’t turn up, she replied immediately (even with the time difference), and we took a taxi instead. Holirays are now processing the refund.

Towards the end of our second week we had a leak in the spare room en‑suite; we contacted the villa company and kept Laura updated, and she stayed helpful throughout.

The only thing that didn’t go smoothly was the luggage storage on our final day. We had to vacate the villa by 10am but our flight wasn’t until 6pm. The villa company had recommended a luggage locker but hadn’t made it clear to Laura that this was just a suggestion and not a confirmed booking. When we went to the location the day before, just to confirm where we needed to go, they told us no booking had been made and they were fully booked.

Laura did offer alternative ideas, but they weren’t practical, so we ended up waiting at the vacated villa on the patio for 4.5 hours with all our luggage! She did arrange a new airport transfer as the return was also booked with the original company who were a no-show which made the journey home straightforward.

Despite those hiccups, Laura’s fast, friendly communication and genuine willingness to help are exactly why we’ll be contacting her again to book our holiday for next year.

Booking with Holirays was super easy and stress free. Laura was friendly and professional and matched our needs and budget perfectly. We had a lovely holiday to Lanzarote, the location was spot on and everything was within walking distance (beaches, shops, great restaurants etc) which was perfect with two little ones in tow. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! A huge thank you to Laura at Holirays for finding us the most amazing last-minute getaway to Crete. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, found us a fantastic price, and made the whole booking process so easy and stress-free.

We stayed at the Atlantica Kalliston Resort and Spa and it exceeded every expectation. The adults-only atmosphere made it so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning sea views, gorgeous rooms, and immaculate grounds. Every member of staff was so warm, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay.

The cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had, the breakfast was fantastic, and waking up to those incredible views every morning was unforgettable. We loved spending time by the pool, watching the sunset, and exploring nearby Chania Old Town with its beautiful harbour and wonderful restaurants. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and exploring.

If you’re looking for a luxury adults-only escape in Crete, I couldn’t recommend the Atlantica Kalliston highly enough. And if you’re booking through Holirays, definitely ask for Laura – her friendly service, attention to detail and ability to find such an incredible last-minute deal made our holiday truly special. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

I always use Holirays but after my recent trip I realised just how much value add they really do provide. Our original flight was cancelled (after being sat on the tarmac at gatwick for 6 hours). I was really stressed and upset but Laura was incredible. She calmed me down, took charge and care of absolutely everything. She found us a totally new holiday that we could go on the very next morning, took care of checking us in, boarding passes...even updated our car parking at the airport for the additional day needed! We wouldn't have been able to book a room at Gatwick either without her as everywhere was sold out. Laura honestly turned a super stressful situation into what turned out to be an incredible trip. I genuinely wouldn't have known what to do in that situation without her - i certainly wouldn't have been able to book such a brilliant holiday for the next day! This is really where you see just how worth it it is to book with Laura and Holirays (as if I needed any more reasons!)

We could not have asked for any more from Laura and Holirays - myself and my girlfriend had the most amazing holiday in Mykonos, and every detail and touch from Laura made it perfect. The hotel, the destination, the trips/restaurants recommendation, everything was a dream.

I’ll also add l, that the original holiday which we booked was cancelled whilst we was sat on the plane, due to storms, I did not know what to do or where to turn, I messaged Laura, and she was already working everything for us, at a time of desperation, I could not have asked for anyone else to rely on, everything resolved and a whole new holiday booked the same day.

I couldn’t be more grateful or thankful, I’ll only be booking our trips through Laura now x

Holirays took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our holiday and delivered on every detail. Whenever we needed to check something or make a change, holirays were quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We had a holiday to the Maldives booked in March 2026. Laura listened to all of our requests and came up with several different options for us to choose from, all of which matched our price point and interests. Unfortunately, it was cancelled due to the regional unrest in the ME, however Laura was great during this time. She kept us up to date with information and how to proceed if the flights/hotel were cancelled etc. Although we’re obviously sad the holiday has not happened, we are thankful for Laura’s help to get a full refund on both the flights and hotel. I would definitely reach out to Holirays again in the future and hope that we can get to the Maldives at some point!
