Don't waste your money. I ordered a coat which, when it came, was cheap, nasty and poorly finished. Nothing like as nice as the advert.
Could (and should) have bought a far nicer item from Asda or Sainsburys for half the price.
Lesson learned!

Would rate no stars dont have that option paid 140.00 for 2 pairs of shoes i ordered over a month ago a label was created when i checked shop app but never shipped now they changed name to Elior studio and when i type in order number it says doesn’t exist they also tried to hit up my bank account for 50$ from a Target store in New York my bank locked my card and issued me a new one do not give this company your card information

Bought some trainers and requested them in Uk sizing. They sent them in American sizing so they were too small. Emailed them twice to sort this but no response. The trainers are amazing, although I think they are fakes, as can’t find the same design anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can’t wear them.

Stated it’s a Kendra Scott advent with jewelry. Shipped from China and when it arrived is fit for the trash.

Emailed them three times to ask how to return sneakers (sent in a men's size rather than women's). Also they took a month to arrive since it's a Chinese reshipping company.

Horrible! Horrible!! Horrible!! No one will respond to my multiple emails. I am going to try and stop the payment through my bank. Kendra Scott advent is a complete piece of junk!!!

I ordered two Kendra Scott Advent calendars, and they are fake. The quality is HORRIBLE. My daughters were the ones who told me ,and I could immediately tell they were fake. I didn't read anything about this being a "fake" and paid over $170 for them both. I thought it was a good deal, but the price wasn't low enough for me to even think it would be a dupe.

I wish I had known about the issues on this company prior to giving them my $68! I purchased some adidas sneakers and they sent me a man’s sized 8&1/2. I wish I can send back but I’m willing to bet it’s going to be challenging. Never again, lesson learned.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from them and the package tracker has them enroute in the same place for the past 3 weeks. They responded to my email query about when I would receive the shoes and told me they were on their way. I filed a dispute with my cc company and received a chargeback and then the team at Hollis Road emailed me again to ask me to rescind this and again told me the package was on its way. It's unclear if they are a total scam but I would definitely stay away.

Ordered trainers over a month ago and still not arrived, beginning to think I was scammed, do not buy from them.

Thought I bought a pair of shoes. Now thinking it was a scam. Will monitor and update. Feel like I should have known better.

The item took very long to arrive and they sent the wrong size. It's been over a week without a customer service response, and the site seems to be very young. I think is a scam.
