Easy to navigate and place order. First saw them on Etsy but decided to order direct. Quick delivery and items exactly as described. Beautiful handcrafted wall decor puffins.

The Customer service was second to none. The packaging was beautiful and tasteful. I wanted to know the size of the personalised biscuits I wanted before placing the order. They replied promptly and I duly ordered . When they came they were amazing.

Everything about purchasing from Holly & Co was great. The comms with the team was exceptional. The product I ordered was for our daughter's Birthday and I had an additional request, that I was more than happy to pay extra for, but they actioned my request with no extra charge, as it was for a Birthday. It arrived promptly so we had it in time for the day (I was a last minute orderer!). The gift itself was of great quality and our daughter was so happy with it. Would highly recommend.

First order.
I came across a unique product in Holly & Co website. Easy to order and the product arrived within a couple of days. Lovely well packed but half the order was broken. Having to ask for a replacement was disappointing but all went well thanks to Holly & Co support. I received a replacement with a few days ready for my event.
Overall good experience and feedback for the seller is to review to improve packaging delicate products.

I have ordered from Holly & Co a lot of times and have always been happy with the service. Most recently, I ordered an item which was quite significantly delayed in production. This is not Holly & Co’s fault - they have no control over it given that they aren’t the independent business making and sending the goods - yet they provided regular updates to me, passed on my comments, and generally looked after me. Whilst I wasn’t happy with the delay, these things happen and the customer service from Holly & Co minimised the inconvenience.

All of my orders apart from this one have not been delayed and I have never had any issues with quality etc. I love that I have a lot of things in my home that I probably would not have seen or bought had they not been on this website, and that the pieces are often unique or made in small quantities so I won’t see a similar thing on the high street. Highly recommend

My first shop with Holly & Co has been a wonderful experience.
I was last minute looking for a gift for my father-in-law’s 97th birthday, & found just what I wanted! Sadly it was too late to order, but I thought it was worth an email, just in case.
I’m happy to say that everyone at Holly & Co went out of their way to make it happen. The gift arrived beautifully wrapped, and was everything I’d hoped for & more, absolutely beautifully made.
I don’t hesitate to recommend.

I love my 'Dramatic Exit' sign from Drifting Bear at Holly &Co. It looks fabulous in my kitchen and makes me smile every time I pass through that door.
Delivery was fast and though I had a query about the product, this was dealt with swifty and to my total satisfaction.

I requested a mug with my very characterful Cockapoo to be added on the handle as a present from my brother. I sent him the link and Lucy the potter, requested images of my hound, so a sent a few across. She captured him perfectly and I am so thrilled with the gift, the service, packaging and personal touches given.

I ordered a handmade card for a colleague of mine in the hope it would arrive in time for her last day at work. The delivery time stated it should arrive one day before, but just in case I dropped them an email to ask if there was any chance they could try to get it out a bit quicker. They responded straight away to confirm they got my request. The card arrived several days early and I got a personal follow up email to check whether it has arrived on time. The quality of the product was beautiful and exactly as described. I would definitely use Holly & co. again.

I came across Holly and Co whilst looking for a coin purse online. They had a seller business called Natthakur, who had listed a coin purse in the design of a silver half crown. I thought it was lovely and great idea! I purchased said item. In the flesh, the purse was okay! I love hand-made items, but the stitching was again okay? the embossing on the back was also okay! the front (queen’s head) was less than satisfactory and quite faint, you could only make out the queen’s head it certain light sources and still faint, not as the photos listed? I passed my comments onto Holly & Co and felt them to be quite patronising, but over the top friendly? It was sorted to have a replacement purse, which to be honest was not much better on the front embossing! Luckily an aunt of mine, very professional in art and crafts. Has she could help with the embossing, so I chose to keep the replacement purse, after working some magic the embossing was crisp, clear and more visible as it should have been! I was asked to return the original purse, which was fine. I asked for a return label etc, as the item was not as described, but they don’t do this?? I returned the purse at my expense and did get that money back. Every platform I purchase from has a dedicated return, where a QR code or paid return label is supplied if item “Not as described “ or unsatisfactory! The whole experience wasn’t the best. I did intend to purchase more similar coin purses in different colours, but with all the issues decided not to! Very disappointed with the product and platform!

I was initially very excited to order through Holly & Co for what was intended to be a meaningful wedding gift, but unfortunately the experience became disappointing once the artwork arrived.

The main issue was the final quality of the piece compared to the price paid. While I understand handmade artwork can vary, parts of the image appeared poorly finished and lacked the level of detail and refinement shown in the promotional examples. The result was not something I felt comfortable presenting as an important gift.

What frustrated me most was the lack of communication before dispatch. I was never contacted to discuss any potential quality concerns with the uploaded image, despite being told afterwards that the source image may have contributed. The image I supplied was neither especially small nor blurry, and if there were concerns, I would have expected to be informed before production started.

I was also disappointed that no preview or draft was provided before the artwork was shipped. Had I seen the final result beforehand, I would have raised concerns immediately and potentially avoided the situation altogether.

Customer service responses were polite, but overall the experience did not match expectations given the premium pricing and emphasis on quality. Sadly, the finished piece could not be used for the occasion it was purchased for.

I have ordered a few items from this site. Not only have the items I have purchased been beautiful but the customer services have also been fab. When I changed my mind about an item not only did they get back to me super fast but I was offered multiple options to try and resolve my purchase. I will certainly be buying again form Holly and co.

I ordered a personalised sign for a friend and gave an idea of the design, i quickly received three beautiful options to chose from and when I picked my design they sent the final product to me (which was perfect!). Grace has been really friendly, helpful and kind. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Holly &co were fast at getting the item delivered. There was an issue with dpd, however staff went above and beyond to get the item to me on time! They kept emailing me to inform me of the next steps, which is all anyone wants. Thank you so much to the staff who dealt with me. I would definitely order again x

The most amazing and thoughtful company!! I bought two gifts for close friends of mine that where both personalised. It was super easy to send my images to the customer service team and they kept me updated throughout the process. Both of my friends said it was their best gift this year - they got the likeness perfectly!! Just a wonderful business that really really cares about its customers and makers xx

Excellent customer service. I wasn't sure about the product I received and I was able to send it back and got a quick refund. A really nice experience provided by nice people. This is a shop you can trust.
