We got an offer on our phone for 20% off everything today, August 2nd.
We are good customers in the store and have monthly autoship. The store personnel could not be nicer.
When we tried to order a few items online today, it tried to make everything "autoship". So we called the store. They could not help because they don't create stupid online offers that cannot be filled.
Their top management is at fault for not having qualified people on their staff. AI can be useful but when we called customer service, we were told they were busy and they hung up. We wasted 45 minutes. Never again. Their top management needs to go!!!!!

They unexpectedly raised their fee to $59 dollars for free delivery and won’t waive deliveries fees even after you have prove and shown you have received free delivery for over 3 years for the exact dog food that has been bought over these years. A notice would have been greatly appreciated, or an “exception” for customers who have shown loyalty for a lengthy period!! The dog food we have been purchasing for all this time is literally 58.99!! When I brought this to customer service attention, their recommendation was to “add a small toy or other item” to reach the fee delivery! I’m already paying a very high dollar for a 30 lbs of dog food AND I also purchase cat food, you want me to add an additional item when I really should not have to because a company unexpected changed their policy without notice to their commitment customers!! I’ll switch to another company and save over $30 for the same type of food. 👌

We regularly order from Hollywood Feed and have enjoyed good customer service, timely deliveries, and friendly staff. We ordered some crinkly toys for our new pup. Ed the Manager from the West Ashley (29407) store called to let us know that those toys were out of stock - and then to walk through all of the toy options to find ones that were suitable replacements! He knocked it out of the park - these toys are even better than the ones we’d selected, and he included a bonus one with a handwritten note. Huge shout out to Ed and his team - we’re lifelong customers!

Hollywood Feed always has what I need for my pets. The store employees are always nice and willing to help with anything, and online delivery is quick and easy.

Company drivers driving erratic on the freeway, breaks my windshield and all the company has to say is we don't cover road hazard. just another example of big corp screwing the working class

Natural and holistic? Read the back of the bag of Lennox bully sticks created on behalf of Hollywood Feed. “Treated by irradiation.” Accompanied by, “Wash hands thoroughly before and after handling.” Too dangerous to handle, but my dogs are chewing it?!

Little more than a week ago one of my dogs (Molly) passed away (Diabetic complications).
She ate prescription food which my other dog Penny ate as well.
Now need to find a healthy diet for Penny (6 yr old JRT). My sister highly recommended Hollywood Feed (shops here for her dog).
So went to Mansfield,Tx location on Debbie lane and the minute I walked into this store knew was in a caring place!
Everyone was so helpful & understanding!
One employee, Tom, went above & beyond to help me, letting me know what worked for his pets guided me in making decisions.
Several foods were bought & returned before finding the right one
Alicia was and continues to give valuable advice!! So glad I met her!!
Just knowing there are caring people, sharing my concern for pets (fur babies) makes my Mom job so much easier!

Jasper is a wonderful representative! She let us know about all the specials and offers. She was kind and super informative about the products. Love her bunches!!!!! Thank you Jasper!

I've seen other RIDICULOUS & CRAZY SCORES & REVIEWS. I'm convinced someone is GETTIN PAID... just my opinion. I think they're great!

Great local business and solid people working here. They have a great variety of brands and products. Good stuff!!
