Excellent and personal help with Online Marketing. Andrej and his team perform amazing work for us. We have been working together for years and not only is he available around the clock, he also views the brand as a whole and shares his insights and experiences to elevate the overall brand experience. Hologrowth rather feels like an in-house performance marketing team than an agency in the best possible way.
Extremely trustworthy and delivers on what they say they will do. They have done a great job effectively scaling my ad accounts while taking steps to ensure we remain profitable throughout the process.
Severe Mismanagement, Misrepresentation, and Financial Harm — Avoid
We engaged HoloGrowth to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and our Merchant Center feed under a paid retainer agreement. Unfortunately, the experience was one of the most damaging and professionally negligent agency engagements we have ever encountered.
From early in the partnership, we discovered serious operational failures, including:
A corrupted Google Merchant Center feed where every product displayed false or duplicated descriptions
Incorrect product attributes (indoor fabrics labelled as outdoor/pool-safe)
Wrong pricing, wrong images, and irrelevant keyword targeting across the catalogue
Ads running with misleading or inaccurate claims, including incorrect discount messaging
Long gaps with no reporting or creative output, despite repeated escalation
These were not minor issues — they were systemic problems raised multiple times in writing, with screenshots and examples provided, yet they remained unresolved.
Despite substantial advertising spend during their management, performance deteriorated and the business suffered material financial harm. After termination, a refund was promised in writing, but only partial refunds were ever processed, requiring escalation through a formal payment dispute process.
If you are considering HoloGrowth, I strongly recommend proceeding with extreme caution. The lack of quality control, poor oversight, and failure to deliver contracted services made this an extraordinarily costly experience.

That said, several of the claims made in this review are inaccurate and do not reflect the documented history of our work together.
HoloGrowth was engaged to support paid media management and assist with improvements to existing account and feed issues that were already present at the start of the partnership. Throughout the engagement, our team provided ongoing account management, recommendations, communication, and reporting. For that reason, the suggestion that there was no meaningful oversight, reporting, or delivery is not consistent with the records of the project.
It is also important to clarify that paid advertising performance is influenced by a range of factors beyond campaign management alone, including product-market fit, pricing, website conversion rate, offer strength, and inventory/feed conditions. Publicly attributing broader business losses solely to agency management is therefore misleading.
With regard to the commercial aspect, the agreement included a contractual notice period for termination. That notice period was not observed. Even so, in an effort to resolve the matter professionally and amicably, we waived the final invoice rather than escalate the dispute further.
We take client service and quality control seriously, and we retain detailed records of work delivered, account activity, and communications. We stand by the professionalism and good-faith efforts of our team throughout this engagement.
While it is clear that this partnership did not end as either party would have wanted, we reject the characterization presented in this review.
Nevertheless, we wish you the best moving forward.
We like working with Hologrowth. Andrej and team have a lot of knowledge, they think with you and offer excellent value for money. They respond quick and take responsibility.
Andrej and the HoloGrowth team have been incredible to work with. We came from a previous agency experience that was genuinely awful, and switching to Andrej immediately felt like a breath of fresh air. From the very first interview, it was obvious he understood our goals, listened closely, and came prepared with a thoughtful plan to help us grow.
We operate in one of the hardest categories to run ads for: DTC telehealth, with heavy platform restrictions and constant compliance challenges. Andrej and his team have put in the work to truly understand our market and navigate those constraints effectively. The results have been wild. They helped us increase revenue by roughly 6x, while also driving CAC down and pushing LTV up.
They handle everything end to end, from creative production to media buying, which has allowed us to be largely hands off. They also coordinate closely with our affiliates and UGC creators and help manage those relationships seamlessly.
Beyond performance, Andrej has become a real strategic partner and advisor to our business. Our biweekly check-ins are something I genuinely look forward to. He consistently brings insight that goes far beyond ad spend and campaign management. He has become an integral member of our team, and I cannot recommend HoloGrowth highly enough.
