Very poor service! Items delivered looked nothing like the pictures on their website!

When I asked for a refund, they suggested 15% and for me to keep the items!

There was no apology for items not looking like what I ordered!

I have no intention of ever using their services!

SCAM.SCAM, SCAM. First & last time ordering from this company. If I had checked reviews as I usually do I never would have placed an order.I ordered what I thought was a beautiful Christmas tree ball of a sea turtle. It appears to be acrylic. It is really a plastic snap together ball with a cardboard picture of a sea turtle and some glitter inside. Could have purchased the ball at any craft store and made this myself for a couple of dollars max. Needless to say I cannot give this as a gift as planned.

I ordered a set of eight different design bell kits. In the eight kits that I received, there were duplicates of three of the designs and none of three other designs as pictured. In other words not what I ordered or what was pictured. Upon contacting them about the problem, they would not correct the error even though I offered to return the wrong items. They did say that I would have to cover the cost of the return.

Homalsion adverrtised some beautiful blouses made out of cotton and linen. I ordered two. They are both 100% synthetic. This company promotes false advertising - avoid them if you can!!

Homalsion is a shameless scam. My relative was tricked into buying what they thought was a cool gift. In the shop, it's called "Artists Handmade Art Monster Sculpture Rubik's Cube Toys". Instead, Homalsion had stollen pictures and videos from the artist, Carni Camilo, of their work, Gobio Mandarin, to falsely advertise the utter piece of garbage that they sold my relative. First off, it was supposed to be a Rubik's Cube, but it had been glued and painted together, preventing any of the pieces from moving. It was a very poor paint job. It was cheaply 3D printed, and they barely sanded down the 3D printing lines. It was 100% false advertising. I've contacted the artist, just in case they feel like taking things further. Don't buy anything from here. It's all trash.

Update: I was able to get a full refund, and still keep my Xenomorph. I made the purchase via PayPal, and since I had plentiful evidence that the company was trying to rook me, I won the dispute. This company first was only willing to give me a 15% refund, but when I kept turning it down, they eventually bumped it up to 40%. So if you paid via PayPal or your credit card, contact them immediately, if something like this happens to you. And save your receipts, emails, delivery info and so on. Since I was able to provide what I ordered, paid for and them trying to rook me, it was a slam dunk for me to win. Hope this helps anyone who may be dealing with this.

So back in June, I saw an ad on Pinterest for the emotional support Xenomorph and Predator, so I purchased it. They only sent me one of them, so I asked to see if maybe the other one was sent separate. I have been getting the same form email, asking me if I wish to return it for a refund, and what to do to receive it. I don't want a refund, I just want the other half of what I ordered. It's very simple, I paid for both, just send me the one I didn't get, and we're good. If they send me the same email again, I will send it back. In one email, they asked if I could provide a photo of the issue. How can I send a picture of the missing piece, when I don't have it ? I screenshotted what I ordered, and told them how to correct the issue and it's like they don't want to keep you as a customer. I'm so frustrated.

A really cheap 3d print. Nothing like the pictures and building process shown on their website. The cube was glued and painted so bad, that the cube was not working and pieces fell off immediately at first try.

Their customer review is not working. Warning a potential new customer is not possible.

I can confirm the Homalsion Rubik’s cube is a piece of junk. It fell to pieces as it was removed from the box and did not resemble the toy shown in their ad. They responded to my complaint with the offer of a 30 pct discount (appx $12) and no return shipping. Definitely abusing the trust of their customers.

Took a gamble and bought a cute little desk decoration. The image was AI, which I was aware of but was willing to take that chance on the product. The order never shipped and not a single email was returned. 100% scam DO NOT buy from here.

I bought three glass mugs with a "book" theme. They looked beautiful.

What I received was three low quality resin copies that looked like they had been cast by a three year old and painted by a two year old (where indeed their had been any paint applied at all.

I'm only giving them one star because Trustpilot won't let me give them zero.

They advertised a Rubik's cube and then sent me a solid useless lump of plastic. they don't refund postage, and to get a refund you have to send it back, at your own expense, all the way to china. I don't know if it's just one vendor on their site, or the whole site, but certainly the refund policy is not good, and the fake Rubik Cube is STILL on their site.

I have ordered a 'Artists Handmade Art Monster Sculpture Rubik's Cube Toy' which was shown to rotate and have two faces. What I received was much smaller than shown, with just one face and no rotation at all. Return address is in China, high return costs must be paid by the customer. They offered a refund of 25% without return. Although they sent an inadequate item and the fault was caused by them, not me. Absolutely customer unfriendly and obviously rip-off.

Sweatshirt sind keine Sweatshirt nur langarmige aus Polyesters.
Hatte etwas aus Baumwolle bestellt und habe da auch nur polyester bekommen.
Bewertungen kann man auf der Homepage abgeben, tauchen aber nirgends auf.
Zurück zu schicken kann man auch nicht wegen den Kosten.
Bekomme auch keine Antworten auf meine Fragen.
