This shopping site has the best customer service ever! I have now ordered twice and the women in the order department have contacted me both times to check on my order or to suggest a way to have it shipped more conveniently.

When I applied the 20% discount code to my orders, which was already over $50 and eligible for free shipping, I ended up paying $15 for shipping. And when I removed the discount code, the amount I needed to pay was actually cheaper. But overall, good shopping experience because I was looking for Choya soda and no other places sell it 👍

The order has been cancelled several times, and the website should be updated when it is out of stock, instead of waiting for someone to place an order and say it is out of stock. Now that the order is placed, it should be shipped as soon as possible.

After spending an hour looking for Benriner products on other sites, I found MTC Kitchen. Everything was in stock and reasonably priced relative to alternatives like Amazon. I will be purchasing more!

This Japanese shop provides everything you'll need to make some of the best Japanese food. The store sells it at a reasonable price, and the item is also from Japan. I've purchased numerous items from this store and highly recommend it.

Actually, I put a large order because it was reasonably priced, and they will deliver it to you door to door, fully assembled and secure.
