I am very happy with Shivangi (5 stars) but I am disappointed in Saxo (1 Star or less)
Saxo downgraded my account without telling me that it meant that my substantial cash deposits would not earn interest. Upon discover this, I contacted the helpline and reached Shivangi. She was patient and managed the situation well despite the fact that she had a very unhappy customer on the line. She promised to follow up within two days and she did so and was able to have my account changed. I am very happy with the outcome as it relates to Shivangi. I am not happy that Saxo downgraded my account without fully informing me that it meant my cash would not earn interest and I am out USD 12K because of this. I think this is bad customer service. Shivangi gets 5 stars. Saxo barely scores 1 in my opinion.

Good customer service.
Requested to register bank account for withdrawal and got it done within reasonable time. No questions asked except for request for proof of bank statement. Once they received the bank statement, within a few days the account was registered.
Customer service is good. The person who attended is polite and straight to the point. He even made a call from Singapore to inform that it's done.

Corporate act. depart. FAILURES
A $55,000 frozen asset ( CFD ) due to incompetence of Saxo securities - Trader Go platform. Next to no explanation extremely poor communication or even acknowledgement. Dividends paid then removed. Then given back. Took one half year to get position corrected. Planning to move platform asap as I can't trust the efficiency of this. Only after threatening legal action and reporting to MAS the monetary authority Singapore, did they resolve this issue.
Finally a communication began with one staff member who was knowledgeable, responsive and sorted my issues. Thanks Mr A.K. (Anurag).
I am however left extremely troubled and disappointed by the whole problem. The stress created in my family together with a medical condition ( heart ICD ) was insufferable. This should not have taken 6 months to rectify. The trust in this platform has gone. Sorry I will be moving.
