Scam! It’s a copy of other legitimate UK sellers of lighting. What arrived from China was a very cheap light fitting that wasn’t fit for purpose. I emailed them all this and asked for a refund - they asked me to ship item back to China. (If you’ve bought with credit card then raise a dispute with your bank. ) DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

We bought an expensive light fixture and not only did it come damaged, it was the complete wrong item. What came is a cheap, flimsy fixture that barely resembled the pictures from the website. The company initially explains the item comes from the Netherlands, hence its 12 day delivery process. The company will only give you a refund if you are able to return it, and here's the catch... they ask you to return it to a factory in China and cover the cost! This would cost over £90! It's evident that this is a cowboy company that has no intention of providing actual goods or returning your money if anything is wrong. During the returns process, they also ask for a number of convoluted, non sensical things, like a delivery note that never came, and a picture of the product and tracking number together - which of course can only be provided once the item has been shipped off. Lastly, they ask for “a screen shot from your store that a refund was issued” - there is no store, and they refuse to give a refund so this is more nonsense.

The item comes with no instructions manual and the company also refuses to provide one, likely because they do not even have one. Instead, they sent over an instructions guide on something unrelated.

We now own a damaged, useless, cheap light fixture that isn’t what we ordered, and are out of a lot of money. This company has broken several consumer rights laws and should be shutdown.

This site is a con. It is clearly an attempt to portray a high-end store, but in reality only provide cheap, poor quality products from China. I bought a light which is flimsy, poor quality and with no instructions whatsoever for fitting/connecting. I suspect that it is not fit for purpose and potentially electrically unsafe.

It is definitely not from a high-end UK store. Avoid like the plague!!!

Products come from China, comes across as high end UK company, I foolishly thought the higher price meant a better quality product, but you are paying for delivery from China. Tried to cancel order before dispatch, declined, asked three times for return process before essentially being told don't bother. I would never have ordered from them if I'd read the reviews, my mistake.

Flimsy, cheap looking, badly made light that I am unable to assemble! I’m not sure it would meet electrical checks in this country. I had no idea it was coming from China.
I asked to return it and have been told they will not pay for this and I will have to send it tracked to China and probably have if detained by customs and incur extra charges that they will not pay.
