House taken off market due to illness. Home Bay did everything promised. Good follow through and follow up. If you have a good idea about price I believe Homebay can be a great service.

Home Bay put $7K in my pocket!

Home Bay saved me $7,000 and had my house under contract in 15 days. My website profile was easy to set up and navigate, as was entry of the house info and downloading photos. My first transaction with Home Bay went super smooth and my Denver based real estate broker, Jo Williams, was knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. Looking forward to Jo helping me with all my future real estate needs. Thank you Jo and Home Bay!

Not now or EVER will I do business with this company!

Not now or ever will I do business with this company again.
They failed to answer my emails in a timely manner which is why I posted here.
The matter was resolved on 9/24/2018
Out of the blue they post a response October 11,2018 . For whatever reason, I don't know why they would include in their response they don't list homes in foreclosure.....as foreclosures are public records. Why would they add that in my response as it does not pertain to me.
Due to my limited restrictions about my experience and specific details , in order for the specific details to be shared, I would need to post on my own website. I can say without a shadow of doubt ...I will NEVER ever use or REFER their services to ANYONE. It was a waste of my TIME!

Home Bay was instrumental in selling my…

Home Bay was instrumental in selling my house very quickly. Harald Gerber the Home Bay Agent I worked with was outstanding. He was available for questions or concerns at any time and was knowledgeable and supportive through the entire process. The professional pictures that home bay had taken of my home made perspective buyers want to see it. I think because of Home Bay I had two offers within four days of the listing, one of which ended in closing.

Excellent response and service throughout the entire process. I sold my house in two days thanks to the support that I received from home bay. I don’t think I could give higher marks. We sold our house for $40,000 over asking price in 2 days on market. Could not be happier with service provided or of course the outcome. Excellent photos, excellent support, wonderful software and team.

The worst company I have ever had the…

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune of working with.Had to argue just to get a For Sale for my yard.A prospective buyer called tge bumber and was put on hold.Another agent told me they never answered the phone.They refused my letter of termination for non performance and to cancel my mls listing .No comps eere taken no communication etc etc

1. Re. For Sale sign. We tried to make this right by making you a custom order sign after we heard your initial feedback. I understand everyone prefers different aesthetics, and it seems we missed the mark with you, and for that we apologize

2. Re. Prospective buyer put on hold. We have a fully trained sales and support team readily available to answer emails and calls, so I'm not sure what happened here. Perhaps the buyer called on an unusually busy day. We have staff answering calls 7 days a week and we apologize if the agent couldn't reach us. We strive to answer every call, email, and text promptly because we understand the urgency when it comes to real estate.

3. Re. Refusing letter of termination. At the time you decided you no longer wanted to list your home with Home Bay, your property had been listed for less than 7 days, which isn't enough time for any agent to gauge the market. But we understand that Home Bay may not be the best fit for everyone, which is why our Colorado broker is currently working on finding you a referral with a traditional real estate broker. We truly hope the new arrangement will better meet your expectations.

Best decision I could have made selling…

Best decision I could have made selling my home with HomeBay! From expert advise of how to list, to the actual sale which I am in process now, has been by far less stressful than I could have imagined. My house was in contract before a For Sale sign was placed. I am so very thankful for the knowledge, the patience and the expertise HomeBay had to offer me as a first time home seller. And HomeBay saved me enough money that I will be able to pay for nursing school straight out of sellers proceeds. I am eternally grateful for Home Bay

I used Homebay to sell my house

I used Homebay to sell my house. Initially I contacted realtors but did not see much value for the amount of fees they were charging. I was very very happy with homebay. They sold the house in 1 day. They helped all thru the process.

Homebay provided over-the-top service…

Homebay provided over-the-top service in a situation that was complicated by an unethical broker on the other end of the transaction. They were available, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. It was an excellent real estate experience and I plan to use them again in the near future as I sell a rental. I have been recommending them to everybody I know who is purchasing or selling a home. The motivation for shenanigans from brokers who will receive such a huge chunk of money under a straight commission scheme is high. The Homebay process eliminates that. An ideal situation would be Homebay handling the transaction for both ends!

I highly recommend home Bay if you're in the process of selling your home. They were professional, attentive and we were able to get a deal done quickly without any hitches or problems. In the process we save thousands of dollars a real estate fees and the buyers were impressed with them as well.
