We heard of Homehold through Martin Lewis/the money saving website so trusted they were legit. Homehold were excellent. Having them handle all aspects of the lease extension and automatically update us, even to confirm there was no current update, was so helpful. It meant we didn’t have to liaise between different parties and they did all the chasing. They always offered very helpful and sensible advice. The lease extension was completed with no problem.

The service provided was seamless in my opinion. At no point had I any cause for concern that my leasehold was not being managed competently, or within a timely manner, even when the other side was failing to meet its obligations in responsibility. They take care of everything. Extending my lease has been something I have been anxious about for a couple of years as knew the time was approaching. Didn't really know how to do it.
They made clear from start what the stages of the process are. The costs for their part of the process was clear from the start. I didn't have to worry about additional payments if there was a little bit more negotiation to be done with the other side.

Fantastic advice and service. I was kept up-to-date on progress at all times and the whole process was very efficient. 100% would recommend.

The company was very quick to respond to any phonecalls and e-mails I had and answering any questions about a process which isn't always straightforward to anyone that doesn't come from a legal background. They did an excellent job in ensuring my lease didn't fall below 80 years which is the point at which the legal costs of extending a lease go up significantly which was a crucial aim on my part. I mainly dealt with Lucy and Kathryn but sometimes Linz and occasionally Tasha.

I don't normally leave reviews, good or bad, but the service I received from Homehold was so good that I just had to write a review. They handled the recent lease extension on my London flat. From first phone call to the end of the process took about a year, but that was mainly due to the tardiness of the Freeholder. There were a few problems along the way, again due to the Freeholder, but Homehold dealt with them in their stride.
