Van favoriet naar niet meer zo interessant
Tot en met mei 2023 was het een prima en betaalbare tool voor HR-afdeling. Vooral het gemak waarmee je vacatures kunt opstellen. Sinds mei 2023 heeft de website een make-over gekregen en per juni wordt een veel ongunstigere prijsstaffel gebruikt. Heb je regelmatig veel vacatures dan wordt het één van de duurdere systemen. Met de beperkte functionaliteit t.o.v. andere systemen zijn ze ineens veel minder interessant geworden. We gaan weer op zoek naar een andere aanbieder. Ik zou even verder kijken.

Bedankt voor je feedback op onze nieuwe prijsplannen. Jammer om te lezen dat jullie hebben besloten op zoek te gaan naar een andere tool.
We hebben vier nieuwe prijsplannen geïntroduceerd om in te spelen op de verschillende behoeften van verschillende klanten. Daarmee betaal je minder als je minder gebruikt, en betaal je iets meer als je de uitgebreidere features van Homerun nodig hebt.
Met deze wijziging zorgen we ervoor dat we al onze klanten het best mogelijke product kunnen blijven aanbieden. Acht jaar geleden zijn we begonnen met het aanbieden van Homerun tegen één basisprijs per actieve vacature per maand. Sindsdien is Homerun volwassen geworden als product. Onderdeel van opgroeien als bedrijf betekent ook dat we toewerken naar een voorspelbaarder verdienmodel. Daarom bieden we het ‘pay for what you use’ plan niet meer aan en zijn we overgestapt naar een prijsplan gebaseerd op actieve vacatures én features. Dit stelt ons in staat om ons team met meer vertrouwen te laten groeien en meer features te bouwen die de ervaring van Homerun zullen verbeteren - allemaal met het doel om bedrijven te helpen hun recruitment proces te verbeteren.
Door onze prijzen af te stemmen op de behoeften en budgetten van onze klanten, kunnen we Homerun nu ook gratis aanbieden via ons Free plan, waardoor meer kleine bedrijven talenten kunnen aannemen. Misschien past deze optie bij jullie? Zou je ons willen vertellen welk bedrijf je vertegenwoordigt? Dan kunnen wij contact opnemen om te zien of we nog iets voor jullie kunnen betekenen :-)

Easy to use tool and great support
Homerun is a very intuitive tool that is a great help for all companies that are looking for a easy to use and good looking jobsite/ATS. The great support you get from the Homerun team is definitely a big plus.

First ever job posting, huge success
This was the first time I'd ever put together a job posting for my own business and I'm so glad I chose Homerun. I had interacted with their platform a little bit a few years ago when I was applying for jobs in Amsterdam.
I first started to put together my own hiring page in Webflow, and I am really glad I used Homerun instead. I was looking on their site for language suggestions on how to organize the information in my job posting. It was so easy to put together the entire job posting and also an application form without even having to add a credit card first. Now that the applications are rolling in, it is really helpful to have a platform to manage them as well.
Great design, easy to use, helpful applicant tracking, and set up without paying first.
10/10 would use Homerun again in the future.

Super fijne tool
Super fijne tool om alle binnengekomen sollicitaties te structureren. Werkt intuïtief. Heeft weinig uitleg nodig om mee aan de slag te gaan. Vooral de mail templates werken super fijn.
