Home Store Living Avis 

Give 2 star's as I haven't yet received my goods. I ordered a marble table and chairs nearly 4 weeks later and no sign of a delivery phoned the store who said I have to go on line and send a message have sent 3 emails and have had no response. Not good customer service.

Absolutely horrendous customer service I ordered a table in November, It came in 3 parts I only received 2 parts , the company show receipts for 2 parts delivered but not a receipt for the table top .I have sent proof from fedex that I’ve only received 2of the 3 part item.The company won’t reply to my or FedEx emails now I’ve got to go through Trading standards and claims court . I could of done without the hassle

Shocking service!
Purchased two items they sent it to the wrong Wrong address other side of the country!
Tried ringing the store several times, but they kept telling me I had to speak to online team. Eventually they came back to me and told me I had to wait for the items to be returned before they will give me a refund..
This is totally unacceptable. It’s not my fault They sent it to the wrong person!
Called the number again and I’ll speak to a manager, spoke to some very rude man telling me to stop calling and he can’t help me !

Amazing shop , amazing staff , prices and quality of these items you carnt go wrong , sofa looks double the price we’ve paid , delivery very quick absolutely stunning already looking for my next purchase 😍

Absolutely love this shop got my sofa from here and my bed and mattress Absolutely love my bed it's proper comfy the mattress is a god send for mine and my husbands back in would definitely recommend this place like the staff are amazing and so so helpful with your needs like x

3 months since my order and still not received goods , have stopped replying to my emails for a refund

Wouldn’t waste your time, it’s a headache trying to contact them

The staff where excellent they helped us make a choice to fid the riggt chairs to go with our dining table we where guided and showed all the colours and styles and delivery was as we where instructed overall experience excellent service and will go back again definitely highly recommended.

We are over the moon with our sofas from home store living, They fit perfect in our living room, staff at shop were fantastic very friendly and happy to help me with all my inquiries.

Purchased a wardrobe from Home Store Living and over the moon with it, always paid less and it showed, however, treat meself a little with this one and you honestly can see and feel the quality- they are solid and so stylish and has gave me a load of space- customer service from start to finish was 2nd to none and the fact they reccommend a handy man to build it for next to nout is ideal, he had it built in less than an hour and made sure everything was perfect, id still be unboxing and reading the instructions- they even worked around me having a carpet fitted the same day- cant fault them and highly reccomend them

Both of the delivery men were brilliant nothing was a problem for them,also the sales team were very good they were not pushy they let us choose our item.You can't fault any of your team,The bed is now up and we are both very happy, looking forward to sleeping in the bed.

I have been a customer of Home Store Living for a couple of years and have always found their products to be unique at an affordable price. The staff are extremely helpful and provide a courteous service. I recently had an issue with a delivery of a bronze sculpture I had ordered on line which was resolved very quickly. I highly recommend Home Store Living as a reliable and trustworthy company that sells quality products that won't break the bank.
