Homesup Avis

Ordered some bee cups after seeing them on an Instagram advert. They looked really good online, I waited weeks not realising they were coming from China as assumed UK due to the name!
They arrived, not as expected. They were meant to be ceramic but what I received was some nasty cheap plastic imitation of what I ordered and resembled a golf tee.
I emailed the customer services which was listed in my purchas email only for it to bounce back because the email address didn’t actually exist!
Don’t use this site. I wish I’d googled them before buying.

Don’t bother with this company poor products don’t send emails to confirm order

This site is a total scam do not touch it with a barge pole. I have reported them to PayPal. Turns out they are in china not the UK. They set up automatic payments without my knowledge which PayPal have cancelled.

This company seems to be a scam. Did not want to give it a star rating but could not report without one . Paid for item nothing from them since..

Zipper came right off the bottom horrible design opened up while in the store and I was only wearing a sports bra 10/10 don’t recommend

These are like maybe and inch and a half wide. That’s not what I was hoping for. Certainly doesn’t look thin in the photo.

The material on these leggings is very soft and buttery. On the con side the waist band is super thin so there is very little tummy control, also the scrunch on the butt is very small so doesn’t give any shape to make your backside look flattering.

Placed an order. Arrived damaged. To be honest after shipping for weeks, surely someone would be more mindful about how to wrap orders?
Multiple ignored emails and now I see from those reviews, everyone is 1* rating this fraudulent company.

Ordered flashlight from them over 12days ago, I have not received my order, I've been chasing them, emailing them, with no response, tracking takes me to China page even though it says Home sup UK, FRAUD, do not use them

11th Feb 60th birthday prezzie novelty gift ordered at start of Feb its still not here the 18th Feb even though notified on 09th it was on way no reply to E mails I am down £12 I guess I can be thankful that’s all I lost
Never using again seen the ad for gift on FB so won’t be doing anymore shopping from there ads

Total rip off. I bought the bubble cleaner and it is a tiny bottle of barely foaming liquid that don’t do anything. AVOID

Ordered Powerclean Foaming Cleaner x 4 which when it arrived was nothing like what was advertised. Tiny plastic container, press the pump and it doesn’t foam, it spits and it doesn’t clean. Waiting for response to email.
If I don’t get a refund and explanation I will not hesitate to report to Trading Standards.

Ordered car catch paste . Doesn't work .not even on slightest rub . It's rubbish and Iv wasted £10 that I can't afford to waste .I think this company should be stopped from peddling goods that are fake .

Ordered car scratch kit. It just does not work even on the smallest of scratches.

Would give zero if I could took money from my account then conveniently said error processing order money gone no email no recollection of my transaction through PayPal but on my bank statement that its gone terrible scammers

Fell Apart in Less than 3 Weeks of Normal Wear

order placed for air fryer kitchen book, still not received order after 14 days despite being told it had been shipped.

Don’t use. Stuff doesn’t arrive and they ignore emails.

AVOID do not buy from these they are not UK ordered 2nd December for friends christmas presents arrived 29th December from CHINA was not aware of that, was told im having a partial refund but never received AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT ORDER from Homesup. Could not give zero stars as no option to write a review to warn other potential buyers. Zero response to emails sent regarding a shattered order received. Who sends a ceramic item unprotected via Royal Mail. ridiculous! Save your money!
