Eric explained everything very well.was very patient when we couldn't do this when I first contacted him. Worked very fast when we were ready to proceed. Handled the situation with the vendor when the first inspector disappeared on us and got us a new appointment fast. That inspector was promt and professional. I'm very grateful for this option to help us through a stressful time and grateful to all of the advice, knowledge and support we have received from Eric. Will definitely share our experience and recommend Eric to our friends and family.

David Willis
David Willis was amazing! From start but did not quite make it to the finish line. On Tuesday the 7th David advised the soonest we could sign would be Saturday the 11th. I advised I had a cruise that I would have to cancel to sign on the 11th. Otherwise I would not be able to sign until the 15th. I cancelled my cruise and we confirmed signing for Saturday the 11th. I spent two days asking what time our signing would be on Saturday and was ignored. Today, Friday the 10th, he advised the signing would be the 15th. David’s actions cost me my cruise and money.
