We had a salesman come round to measure up new door and give price based on what we asked for when it was installed it was not the size we asked for. Dispite many calls and emails no one got back to me with an answer or owned the issue

We were recommended to use Hometec and they didn’t disappoint, all very professional and efficient, the fitters Tony & Jason (I think) where great workers, tidy, efficient and friendly. Really pleased with the whole experience

Friendly, helpful, installation was very clean and they tidied up well after them.

So impressed with the staff we encountered and ease of installation. The communication was great, the installers were polite, professional and so friendly. The quote itself beat all other competitors we got one in the area and included a fix to our back door in our new house. As well as being a beautiful composite door and exactly what we asked for. Outstanding service, staff and company. We will be using them for all future window and door replacements!

I was unlucky enough to buy a house where Homtec had fitted a number of Bi-Fold doors. They refused to transfer the warranty despite the doors being barely 4 years old. (Mar 2021) Since moving in I have had 2 locks fail resulting in large locksmith bills and one of the panes shatter for no reason which shouldn’t happen on good quality glass. I have also replaced the remaining windows in the house and I am very glad I didn’t use this company of this is level of quality!!
The previous owner put these in so they have not transferred the warranty despite what they claim!

The service throughout, from initial home visit, order, survey and subsequent installation carried out with care and expertise.

Hometec kept us up to date with developments around the instalment due to issues with some glazing.
The two guys doing the work were excellent.
We are totally satisfied with the finished product.

Absolutely thrilled with our windows. The workmen did an amazing job, very prompt and tidy and even when there was a slight issue with one window they addressed it and was sorted promptly so ensure they left it perfect. Can’t recommend them enough - from start to finish was 5 star service.

Door and windows

Russel arrived promptly, standard of works to repair hole in bathroom tiling, was flawless. Russel was courteous and informative, when the operative Russel had completed the required works everything was left clean and tidy
